Currently basically any nation sucks in some way. But I'd say Japan, though it has a lot of problems. I wouldn't concentrate on nations too much, though. What's important is to find a good community. USA is the worst nation in the world in general but its vast size and populations means it has some good communities, like Amish or Hasidic Jews. However, even these communities are problematic - Amish are anti-technology and Hasidic Jews unlikely to allow any non-ethnic Jews
