Sigh

Keeps on fighting for relevancy I see but chides everyone else for "riding Vic's dick".

Also completely ignores the fact that Nick doesn't stream everyday about Vic, he had his own channel and talks about law stuff.

It was fun and good when he was taking down cancers like Perfection but right now he's just becoming more and more of an annoyance. I really want to see all these supposed claims that he's being harassed by ISWV as well because I haven't seen any.

Mad black entertainment is a Criminal

I don't have time and patience to watch the whole thing. But...
Is that fucking it? That's on what they base their proof that he's a creepy pedo?
The lame "what do you do after the show" joke? And the kid wasn't even anywhere near him?
No even a creepy uncle Joe moment?
Is there anything more in that 2 hour video that I'm missing?

The moment would have completely slipped over my head if the line hadn't been pointed out before as "sexual."
Which is kind of telling of how their minds work if the first conclusion they come to when hearing what I assume to be a lame pickup joke that would also go over a kid's head is that he MUST be wanting to have sex with her... Reminds me of one time I saw some LGBT degenerates discussing how they immediately jump to sexual thoughts when hearing girls referring to their fathers with "daddy", because their twisted minds can't help but project their own constantly perverted and sexual thoughts even onto children.

There's also a video where a girl asks Vic to recite a certain line that he voiced. The line was of a sexual nature so Vic said something to the effect of "Maybe your father should leave the room," before he did the line. Marsgirl posted it on twitter at one point.

I know that one, I think you're referring to this video:

He didn't say that her father should leave the room, he asked if her father was in the room. Again, more lies, blowing jokes out of proportion and seeing them as sexual when they shouldn't be.

Grand Rapids Comic Con responded to a request for Vic saying they already had their line up set for this year. Some kickvic person commented that it was better not to invite a sexual harasser, and the con replied that they're staying neutral and not having Monica or Sabat or anyone else involved until this shit is figured out legally.

Can't archive it, it's coming up blank when I try.

Go to 9:28.

Slight power level, but I was in the audience for that. It came off as a cringeworthy joke, not particularly creepy. At least not unless you really try and force it. He was an adult trying a little too hard to engage humorously with and entertain some kids on a stage. While at the same time entertaining the adults in the audience. Bad Dad tier jokes and some shit that doesn’t land. Because most adults aren’t particularly good at that. The reason it isn’t plastered all over the internet is because it wasn’t anything anyone would have given a moments thought to. Can you imagine if everything you ever said was recorded and scrutinized years later seeking signs of sinister behavior? Yes he pretend flirted with a little girl dressed up as Wonder Woman while on stage. That was the joke. That he was taking her costume and character seriously. It was a bad joke and elicited groans. Nobody in the room thought he was asking her out, grooming her or creeping on her.

Believe me in 2013 Dragoncon attendees were really watching for actual creepy behavior regarding kids. Dragoncon was founded as a hunting ground for pedophiles and that had long been blown open but it was back in the news as Kramer had just been back in the news, and they finally had managed to sever all ties to Pedo Ed a few weeks earlier. Vic’s bad joke didn’t bother anybody. Enough knew what the real thing looked like. It looked like Ed Kramer!

Most states have what is known as a "Romeo and Juliet" clause in their statutory rape laws. Basically a 4 year grace period. To trigger the statutory rape laws there has to be more than 4 years difference in age between the parties bumping uglies.
Actually that's not true. Half the states in the U.S. lack close in age exemptions. Texas is one of them.

That's the smartest fucking thing a con has said thus far in this whole shit show.
Faith restored.

The other one that got brought up (later in that con's panal or w/e) was him comment to another kid for being a Toran and he made the 'joke' about if she wanted to be a sex slave Toran.
That one could have been taken more seriously but at the same time it would be easily dismissed in court as it's a legit character of the TV franchise.

Did you read the actual criminal code or did you read it on ageofconsent.com? Because it also reports a lack of close-in-age exemption for my state, but when you read the criminal code, you can't be charged for sexual offense (third degree, higher degrees of sexual offense and all rape statutes require coercion or violence, and fourth degree sex. offense is specifically for where there's an authority imbalance) unless you're at least 18 and the other participant is less than 14.

...it also (IIRC) reports that for sexual offense (not rape, "sexual offense"), you can get up to life, and without parole if the victim was less than 16. In reality, the only condition that references the age of 16 directly involves you having had to kidnap the child in order to commit the crime.

(what i'm saying is you should probably look for citations if you only looked at an law aggregator)

Or Wikipedia for that matter. But if people actually gave a shit about cited sources in this day and age, #kickvic would never have got off the ground. In this age of infinite resources, knowledge has no value, so nobody seeks any.

This is what any smart con would do, especially after seeing the Kamehacon bullshit. Don't book any of them until the parties involved sort shit out, that way you're not picking a side and don't look like an utter retard when the "believe the wahmen" crowd get blown out for being lying harpies or go down as the con who invited a proven sexual predator.

The interesting thing to note is them not inviting Sabat either despite him not being named in the lawsuit yet, which means they definately got wind of the Kamehacon bullying. It would be funny if all the discovery showed how much of a bad idea it is to book most of them and they stopped getting as many bookings going forward.

You going to be there this year? I never attended the Masquerade because it sounds boring, but maybe I have been missing out.

I haven’t been to Dragoncon in a few years. Mostly due to scheduling conflicts. I keep meaning to get back at least on Saturday. It’s an amazing zoo of a con. Provided you’re not claustrophobic in crowds or prone to suffer heat stroke. It’s always been the most broad or least specialized con out there. It seemingly has every part of nerdom represented that you would care to imagine. With no single focus taking precedence over any other. It’s got something for everybody. (Except the pedophiles... hopefully. And thankfully they finally largely herded the bondage and fetish freaks out of the more obvious public spaces. At least during daylight hours. Because while you are free to do as you please, nobody really wants to watch that.)

It's a bad idea to book people who just cancel their contract because they're having an infantile tard rage and feel like breaking the law to get revenge on some other guy they're mad at. They're now known as unreliable troublemakers who can't be trusted. They lie and cheat and break contracts and try to extort people.

This is so true, but I think what really sets it apart is being in 5 nice hotels in downtown Atlanta instead of a boring convention center, so it's 24/7 drinking and antics from Wednesday (is the new Thursday) to Labor Day. It's a multi-day festival where time, space, and rules seem to be suspended.
