Community Munchausen's by Internet (Malingerers, Munchies, Spoonies, etc) - Feigning Illnesses for Attention

Indeed. Her latest YouTube video has all of the above trademarks as she indicates "she's feeling so much better!" No port tube, no feeding-tube-plus-backpack, and no oh-so-sick-face. It's a miracle!

She reiterates that her medical marijuana has been soooo helpful, vlogging used to "be a lot more fun" but "negative aspects of putting your life out on the Internet" became too consuming, and that she wants to slow down the content to "focus on herself and her relationship with God."

Also, this gem at 4:21 "I took my Instagram accounts down because...well, it was a challenge to transition from the hospital to back home, and there's an aspect to social media that's toxic." Yes, deleting all the callout comments and keeping control of your false narrative can be exhausting, AJ!
and a yr later she would be dead. The closest post to one yr to the day was May 30.
so was Julian identified as male ? was it explicitly said that they were transgender ?

As far as I've ever seen, Julian uses male pronouns and is male. Personally I don't clock him as trans at all. He just seems like a homo to me.

I imagine at least at the time T may've been problematic due to the bazillion chronic illness meds.
Well in theory since it increases muscle mass it would be good for EDS. But with how frail these people purport to be I am surprised doctors don't say there are just too many confounding factors I can't prescribe it. I know someone with type 1 diabetes and they are trans. he had to search high and low to find someone who would prescribe it. He wound up finding an NP. I am surprised the NP wanted to take on that liability. Their endocrinologist was just in the loop in terms of they knew this person took exogenous testosterone.

About a quarter of women have a retroverted uterus. It’s not an abnormality it’s just a common variant. It can make smears a little trickier but it’s really no big deal.

Lol at the Reynauds filter.

Excellent work!

This kid OMG. Why does his feeding tube need to be hanging out like that exactly. ? Looks like an infection control issue. Way too much to unpack on this Instagram account.

JFC. A "graduation" post to announce dropping out of college after 5 years.

He's gotten so much more OTT since his days with Jaq- a feeding tube, AFOs, pictures in the hospital and posing with devices. I assume he's seeing her quack job docs?

Julian? Where to even start:

Instagram: TheDisabledHippie

Claims EDS, gastroparesis, POTS, small fibre neuropathy and various other things.

Is female to male transgender.

He’s vegan, let’s not forget that.

Constantly posts attention seeking crap about how he’s in the hospital and having flare ups

Here’s some self given facts about him:

I notice in many places he refers to a "nerve condition" pretty sure he means peripheral neuropathy . not sure why he does not call it by it's proper name. he has very bad peripheral nephropathy per self report - he has such bad manual dexterity as a result and apparently can't do up buttons without an assertive device. this is a weird one bc neuropathy is usually dx'd on EMG so it makes you wonder if the dx is legit but over exaggerated and then the vegan thing makes you question if B12 deficiency brought it on.

Prior to 4/15/2015 (petition for name change filed 11/13/14, but hearing wasn't until 4/15/15) his legal name was Shelby Lynn Logdson.
Then it was Julian Gavino Logsdon until 11/2018 when he maried Jaina, after which point it became Julian Gavino Van Horne.
Date of birth 11/22/1995.

Edit: The math doesn't add up in the "My Transition" Insta... even considering the fact it was posted almost exactly a year ago. Has he ever said how old he is anywhere? I know he states that his "new" birthday is 6/13, but has he also mentally changed the year from 1995 to 1995 because... troon logic?

Came out: At 14 = 2009
Living as male: 7-8 years = 2010-2011
Changed my name: At 18 = The petition for name change was filed 9 days before his 19th birthday, but the hearing wasn't until 4/15/15. When he was 19.

from what I can tell the girl with the dark hair is his now wife and the blonde is him. they were a couple in this pic as well and have been for a long time. (it's kind of confusing bc his wife is now blonde so if you had only looked at the insta briefly you might confuse him for his wife in the first pic.) https://www.instagram.com/p/BnyuRp5H64i/

honestly I feel like Jaq would have eventually found it necessary to transition to a man to keep her social media content fresh.

someone once questioned if perhaps the proper explanation for her shenanigans was that she was transabled and although she may have in fact been medically healthy and able bodied she identified as profoundly chronically ill and physically disabled. (think that one is pretty doubtful.)
