That was literally how Zoe Quinn got a restraining order against Eron Gjoni, so it's in the bullshit litigation playbook. You just need an incompetent idiot for a judge.

Except in the case of internet lawfare it's more accurate to say "Everyone's happy to go to court until they actually have to go to a courtroom."

Unfortunately it was never overturned because the cunt withdrew it so it was rendered moot before it could be ruled on by the appeals court. I think they should have addressed it because it is "capable of repetition yet evading review" but no dice. The next scumbag who comes along can pull the same stunt.
