I don't even see the usual MRAs stepping up to defend Jared because he's just so obviously in the wrong and a complete asshole. He is the one who cheated and is somehow the cuck. That's an accomplishment.
I remember when he virtue signaled pretty hard when JonTron botched his appearance on Destiny's stream and cut off the friendship even after Jon admitted on multiple occasions he made a mistake, but didn't grovel at the alter of social justice. Once again an unforgiving virtue signaler turns out to be a creep and an asshole.
Also probably a reason why the usual MRA's aren't stepping up to defend him.

I doubt that would happen.
I really doubt RT is in a financially sound position, RWBY has been declining HARD since Monty's passing, they just blew fuck you money hiring the dude that played the villain in black panther for their new show and I wouldn't have even realized it came out without looking at monica's twitter and archiving, since she also played a character on it. If discovery reveals RT or an agent of theirs involved and they're added to the suit, which is really easy since they're also in Texas, I don't think it would take much to bankrupt them and for another company to buy the RWBY ip, and hire Vic.

After all the shit MoRon pulled, I really can't see Vic going easy on Monica anymore.

Honestly I think the real kicker here is the refusal to sign a confidentiality agreement. Vic has made it abundantly clear that he wants to keep things as quiet and as civil as is possible, and MoRonica has pissed all over that. Honestly they're pushing him into a corner by making it clear that they're probably gonna try and publicize his deposition in the worst light possible.

The sad thing is yet again they can't see how self defeating they're being. Vic has tried to keep things as quiet, and civil as is possible with a lawsuit, but they don't seem to understand that they're pushing him into a situation where that is no longer in his interests. Moreover they don't seem to have realized that the confidentiality agreement is probably better for them than it is for Vic at this point. No matter how badly they try and twist his deposition to make him look like the bad guy, I guarantee BHBH are going to rip them a new one under questioning, and at the rate they're going I imagine they'll be express mailing a copy of the DVD to Nick.

Well...Yes, and no. RWBY isn't RT's sole blood. While it's their most popular IP. It's not the end all, be all of the company since most of their animated shows, along with RTX do bring a lot of money to the company. Add the fact their deals with Hasbro to produce an upcoming Transformers show, their partnership with DC for Comic Book of Gen:Lock, and RWBY, and not to mention the recent publishing agreement by Shoten Jump to create an RWBY manga. Needless to say, while they are not making Fuck you money. They are still in a very stable position all things considered. If Ty drags their asses into court then things might turn interesting for them in the long run,

With the legal shit storm headed her way, you really gotta admire that Armzgurl's stays focused on the real the issues: Wamen in video games. Shine on you crazy diamond.

Between this and her take on ProJared, it makes you wonder about her intent for legal action against Yellow Flash or her concern over the pending destruction coming her way at the hands of Ty Beard. MarzGurl is going to learn if you play stupid games, you're going to win stupid prizes.

Somewhat related is the state of Alabama is actually working at passing a bill that will make false-rape accusations a criminal offense. Obviously, backlash to this has been a bunch of REEEEEEE with one popular chant being "Just because someone is found not guilty of rape doesn't mean they're innocent!"

I hope it passes. Too many peoples' reputations have been destroyed by such malicious statements.

Especially when you start to consider the looser and looser definition on what people consider 'rape' these days. "Yes we both got shitfaced drunk and went back to my place. But when I woke up the next day I regretted being such an easy thot that I decided after the fact that he raped me. And because I was drunk I couldn't consent."
