I can hear everyone in BHBH quaking in their boots from here. /sneed

Buffoons. Seriously, did The Farms raid PULL of all the intelligent users and leave a bunch of idiots?
Evidently.

They always try to come up with the same arguments and it usually starts with the shame game, then they dox you. They are still behind on speculations regarding why these motions were filed, that's no surprise.

Their fate is pretty much sealed. Trying to get Vic in a deposition without confidentiality agreements is Ron and Monica's end-game, even if they lose. When Vic win's, they want to make it so that he would never be invited to a con or VA job again for the rest of his life.

Better inform Beard Harris their optics are poor!

Now he has to fight an injunction!

I wonder where this imaginary injunction is. It's not in any case I've read.

Okay, I’m not able to watch the stream, can someone explain the big news? Because I don’t think anyone on here has stated outright what it is.

  • Rekieta went over Casey Erick's motion
  • Followed up with Ty Beard's response (The Beard is pissed!)
  • Rekieta informed by The Beard that subpoenas are being filed tomorrow.

MoRon Lawyer attempted to quash deposition and filed extra un-needed paperwork
Ty caught Cucksy pulling dumb ops and attempting to depo Vic, trigger No discovery for 90 days via Anti-Slapp and than its guessed leaking various depo stuff to further slonder
Ty filed an email he sent Cucksy telling him off
BHBH has filed a motion that will get the court involved in forcing scheduling of deposition because MoRon and Cucksy are attempting to play stupid games. This probably will include(99.9%) cross-examination of MoRon

I'm noticing "not a good look" is an SJW theme lately? I guess it's a great all-purpose meaningless charge to level at people, but it also speaks a lot about the mindset behind these folks. The obsession with appearances (a good obsession to have in cancel culture).

It would be hilarious if they keep trying to pull this petty shit like they are in charge and control the court system and end up getting slapped with contempt. It's funny that they are the ones being sued yet they still are focusing on trying to smear vic

The word "contumacious" jumped out from Ty's letter. It's the adjective used to describe behavior that constitutes contempt of court and strongly implies that Ty is willing to go down that road if this kind of bullshit continues from Casey.

It's standard meaningless SJW drivel when people who are completely out of touch with reality are uncomfortable with things that are going on in said reality.

Eh, my future-seeing powers tell me to press X. The guy is legitimately doing the best he can with his case and clients. These aren't illegal tactics, just dirty.

My prediction is: the judge will probably drop a knowledge bomb and tell one or both parties in no uncertain terms to stop stalling. They're not paid to babysit. At which point, there goes the court's patience with MoRan et al.

Neat flex, bro, but ya wasted your spirit bomb.

Also, I bet Funi's legal dept. is just loving Marchi/Rial/Soye right about now. Hugs and kisses, y'all.

To expand on what others said, Ty believes MoRons lawyer was trying to pull a very dumb stunt. Basically Moron Lawyer was trying to get deposition from Vic then file the TCPA (or TCAP basically get the case thrown out) to put on hold any discovery motions AND they denied confidentiality for the depositions. So for 90 days there is nothing going on except most likely Vics deposition getting turned public and twisted into something horrible via MoRon or MoRons lawyer.

Reason why Nick and Ty think so is
-MoRon Lawyer insisted he had the right to depose Vic first even though there is no law to back such claim
-MoRon Lawyer would not agree to a term where they could get the deposition and file the TCPA BUT Ty would still get to depose MoRon
-MoRon lawyer never gave Ty dates his clients are available to be deposed
  • They denied the Confidentiality associated with the depositions
  • MoRon Lawyer could file the TCPA right now and avoid all this but chose not to, most likely due to it not succeeding and would give his clients time to spin a PR campaign with Vic testimony
  • Also MoRon Lawyer tried to call Ty out for sending the deposition straight to MoRon, but he did just that to Vic.

Basically MoRon lawyer just pissed off a already pissed off law firm.

This part confused me. The notice of deposition that Casey Erick originally sent said that it was e-filed and sent to Ty Beard:
753711

He even certified that it had been sent to Ty Beard...
753713

So did he "accidentally" forget to actually do that?

If it was e-filed, would it be available to the folks who've downloaded documents from the court? Since it's apparently not (Nick would've definitely mentioned it), is it safe to assume that it wasn't e-filed?

"His plan backfired."

It's like these people's listening comprehension is so goddamn poor that they don't realize that MoRon has their TCPA idea backfired.
Generally speaking here...This scenario is exactly why you have radical leftists in charge of educating the populace and radical leftists in media pushing the 'current truth' of the moment/situation. We now have a very large portion of the global population that think EXACTLY like PULL, Armzgurl, Ron, Monica et all. People unable to think with logic and comprehension are easily weaponized.

As I say often, look to history and you will see all this, albeit in different forms, in it's pages across different societies. It's all SOP leftism, it all has a source...and it shows 'useful idiots' being directed/led by the nose, to achieve a greater goal. It ain't autism. It's reality.

Vic Mignogna: exists
PULL: "Oh boy, that doesn't look good for him."

You joke, but that's really what it is. Doesn't Vic know they've canceled him already? And yet he's not just accepting his fate? That only makes him look worse! Fighting the narrative we've created for you and will peddle incessantly only makes you look guiltier and more desperate!

The internet has allowed a lot of horrible people think they can arbitrate who can and cannot exist in society. Now we're finally seeing more pushback to the idea that you can just smear someone online without anything more than rumours and dark whispers, and they're incapable of understanding how it's possible.

The problem is, even if every single KickVic person and entity has to publicly apologise, retract their statements and lose all credibility, there will be people like the dumb shits at PULL who will blame the legal system and the patriarchy and everything they can, because they won't ever admit they are wrong. And there simply will be no way, not even with the $2 million figure Ty mentioned, for them to stop every single person who is actively defaming Vic, usually with malice, based on these same empty allegations and nothingburger proofs. For those who want to believe it, Vic is a monster, and they will never stop doing what we already see with other celebrities who have been falsely accused - someone will express excitement about something like a new Broly movie and there will be comments underneath saying 'I would be but the guy who voices Broly is a pedophile and rapist, so that's a hard no from me.'

It's why I hope they really do go hard on everyone they can, not just the VA actors who personally know Vic but as many internet loudmouths as possible. Because they've created a new time stream for people who want to live in it, one in which Vic is a monster, and there's no merging it after it's been split off when truth is considered subjective now. And if someone like the orca, or Armzgurl, or hanleia, or any of these keyboard warriors who delight in trying to destroy people they have no knowledge of suffers real, demonstrable and irrefutable harm for doing so - well, it won't help Vic's reputation, but that's only with people who will never accept him again anyway. But it would at least provide a good precedent going forward that hey, maybe destroying people's lives based on nothing more than it makes you feel good is something you should second-guess.

And let’s not forget, there are still 2 more players that haven’t even stepped onto the board yet! Can you imagine the looks on Funi and Marchi’s late arriving attorney’s when they set foot in this already in progress deathmatch?
Is it possible that at least one of those parties will try to settle now before MoRon can drag them into their clown show any further? Considering that it's Funimation that is likely going to have to foot the bill on any settlement in Vic's favour it seems insane that they'd willingly jump into the same boat that MoRon have already began shooting holes in.

One thing that struck me as very interesting was Vic's statement about wanting to keep as much as possible private. He alluded that there wasn't just stuff he probably wouldn't want airing in public but also things that Monica/Ron really wouldn't want out there for everyone to see. I think that little tidbit lends even more credence to the whole "Monica and Vic were seeing one another or at one point in time fooled around on the side a little" theory. Maybe I'm being dumb but I believe Nick said he wasn't allowed to name names when it came to the "consentual kiss with a co-worker" part of the Sony investigation and purposely never went into any details about the 3rd incident that Vic was questioned about before Sony decided they should just fire his ass. I'm starting to get the feeling the 3 things they asked Vic about pertained to Monica because MoRon have been screeching the loudest of all and genuinely seemed spooked or paniced when they realised Nick had seen the "private" investigation, we all thought it was because it contained fuck all that would be classed as sexaul harassment or assault but what if it was because of how embarassing it would be for Monica to be outed as an unfaithful hoe and how it would all come off as a scorned lover looking for revenge?

I thought we’ve long known that kiss was Rial? I’m certain that was confirmed ages ago?
