I always loved when something is trending that Phil can somehow tie himself to so he hashtags desperate to get noticed. When do you ever see a Phil tweet with hashtags?

You might stretch it to say maybe one snarky retort could count as 'owning' Jared if pulled off properly but phil being phil he doesn't know how to not run things in the ground and he's spamming tons of tweets all about stuff he's arguably as guilty of himself.
