What these 4 have in common is that they later regretted their actions or just quickly dropped them, and let them go, and still got some subscribers by continuing to make content.

ProJared on the other hand is just a really bizarre individual and some people just really hate him even before his controversy, like taking potshots at JonTron even when he decided to leave NormalBoots (not kicked, but left). The pedo allegations are just huge icings on the cake and it affected people IRL and this is really gonna hurt him hard. Even if he made his best video (say, his review of Final Fantasy V) and it's actually the funniest he has done or the most informative video he has done, people will still just blindly dislike his video for the huge controversies surrounding him and it's very hard to ignore that.

This isn't going to be good for him at all. He was already at a very, very low viewer retention ratio on video views. His main channel was basically dead, and his let's play channel is definitely dead now.

I'd disagree here. Although Satchel was by far the least relevant youtube creator out of all of them, he did a ton of the behind the scenes work when they did projects together from my understanding.
Satchel isn't a blow to popularity, but losing him is a huge blow to production quality and quantity. He's one of the people who originally founded the website. Normal Boots is dead anyways so good opportunity to jump off the burning ship.
