If Jirard leaves that'd be huge. From what I have gathered over the last couple years, most of the behind-the-scenes work holding NB together is done my Jirard and his crew, with Satchell doing the graphics for most of the team. I know he did all the graphics work for when the Completionist series got it's revamp. I don't know if Jirard can leave without killing NB and losing himself a bunch of money, the company is based in his office in LA and his brother is the guy who runs it and got the CP email about Jared.

Honestly this whole mess is a shit show, but if we don't hear something newly incriminating about NB and what they knew, I can't really see why any of them would need to leave. With the TGWTG mess, it was the company itself that was toxic. In this case, it was one bad egg hired by the company, who were in the process of investigating and cutting him. If what NB said about their process is true, that really is the most professional way to handle a situation like this. I know the internet wants it to be different after #MeToo, but you can't fire someone after receiving one bad sounding email and expect not to get rammed in court.

There is that guy who made a gun using a 3d printer that got convicted for having sex with a minor even tho he didn't know she was a minor and she specifically said, to him, that she was an adult, lying to him and making him believe she was indeed, an adult.
Her lying and not having any evidence he was aware of her real age didn't help him from not getting criminally charged for having sex with a minor.
