Sargon is trying his damndest, but failing, to emulate Trump with his "I don't give a shit, I'll never apologize" attitude, but Jim's knocking it out of the park with Trump's meme insult strategy. "Sargon of Applebees" reminds me of "Low-Energy Jeb".

This gonna sound a little gay but the comparison to Trump works better for Jim than Carl. Both are assholes with good banter that tend to have a gravitas with how they speak. Not too mention they have comparably thicker skins to their opponents.

Carl on the other hand is more Hillary, smarmy, duplicitous, and very entitled. Not to mention out of touch, and both have grating mannerisms.

Out of all of Carl's synchophant fan base, how many of them can actually vote for him? This is why I really don't understand UKIP bringing him on board. Unless I am missing something, the majority of his fans online are outside of England. It always seems like the majority of his Twitter fans are based in the US.

And if you look at the UKIP Twitter account, you see the same thing. It appears the majority of people commenting positively are in the US. All this baggage to bring him on board, but I don't see the wide support or even acknowledgement of Carl in England. And good lord, the positive comments themselves are political landmines.

I can't imagine Carl is working with any professionals in his campaign. The thought of sitting in a room with him, trying to get him to stop doing stupid shit, only for him to rant at me about GamerGate 3.0 and that we will save western civilization by using slurs...who on earth would subject themselves to that?

He's more like Hillary in that even his own side doesn't like him much. The Trump strategy relies on his own side being energized and having its morale boosted by what he's saying and doing, and by not giving a fuck whether the other side is mad about it and actually actively mocking their impotent rage.

Let's be super generous and say 50% of his fans are in the UK. We are looking at around 500,000. these will probably be scattered across Britain. If they are in Northern Ireland, then they are useless, because everyone there votes for DUP or Sinn Féin. if they are in Scotland they are also useless, because Hell will freeze over before the Scots vote anywhere near Conservatives never-mind UKIP. There are a few Conservative areas in wales but again it's most Labour. So most of his fans would have to be in England, preferably in the South, to have any chance to change things. Good luck with that.

I agree, Carl reminds me much more of Hillary than Trump. Even when it comes down to the core of their campaign. Say what you will about Trump, but he had a clear goal he campaigned on and wanted to accomplish, to build the wall. Does anyone even remember what Hillary was running on? No, because Hillary's main focus of her campaign was to be the anti-trump candidate. It's the same with Sargon, he has no policies as the focus of his campaign, he's just the anti-sjw candidate.
