So out of curiosity, how hard is it to get an account set up for Reset Era and NeoGaf 2.0?

Can I assume NeoGaf, post-purge, has basically stopped the bullshit that made it a bricked up echo chamber with the BS hoops they force you to jump through?

Similarly what hoops do you have to go through to get a Reset Era account in order to troll the exceptionals?

I dunno about Gaf now, but from what people have said in the thread the easiest way to get on Era without them doxing you is to buy a college email account on ebay.

Otherwise they are going to want an email that's linked to your real name pretty much. So no Gmail puppet accounts will fly. You're going to need either an employer, school, or ISP email.
 
Dunno about other ISPs, but Comcast allows you to make a number of sub email accounts with any name you want.

A number of resetera specials have this requirement waived due to "doxxing based PTSD" but they don't exactly advertise it.

I'm quite sure many of them jack off to this sort of thing, but on REEEEsetera, they have to virtue signal. As we've seen, they are most blatant of hypocrites on every other topic, so it stands to reason the louder they bitch, the harder they masturbate to what they scream about.

These days, it's wise to be suspicious of someone that constantly reminds others of how pure and virtuous they are.
