Think you missed the part where he said it was an oldy, chief. That said, what with some of the exceptional individuals in PULL having commented as prolifically as they have, do you figure there's much chance on key individuals being summoned for testimony? After all, Casey has basically outed PULL as his first and foremost source of information and 'credibility' in the case it seems.

I had a quick look on their site for legal/privacy notices but couldn't find them so I'm not sure what their policy is in respect of complying with legal notices.

So what they are saying because he is not "great" they seem to think that it matters to people about how popular Vic is, is the ONLY reason people defend him. No, that is only really a secondary/side factor.(I can't believe I even have to state it.) Are they really this stupid that they don't understand that no-one would be seeking to sue PULL? What they would be seeking to do is take testimony from individual posters. By quoting the Vic thread on PULL as "evidence" in their answer, Casey opened the door for that.
