I doubt they'll subpoena anyone from PULL, the site's reputation and that thread alone might be so exceptional they could just strike/ignore. Wouldn't be surprised is the Beard moved to strike the entire background from MoRon's response.

Don't forget that Marzgurl has been a frequent participant in that thread. There's every reason to believe she'll be subpoenaed as a witness at the very least, if not as a defendant.

Casey Erick wouldn't have been paid to read through it all, so he probably looked at how large it is now (over 6000 posts) and didn't bother to check when the vast majority of those posts were made.
