And that's just one more reason that we as a society have to reopen the mental institutions and warehouse these people. We have tweets from Soye ranting that Vic telling fans to not be hateful wasn't good enough because he never specified Monica by name, so he acknowledged both that he saw Vic speak against harassment and that Vic never mentioned Monica. He also tweeted out that he tried contacting Vic and Vic wouldn't respond, so Vic wasn't harassing them directly either. How on earth were they planning to keep this lie going for the judge? It falls to pieces so easily.

Of the allegations against Vic in that thread from 2017 and 2018, most are out of concern for other people (as shown above) and not things that happened to them as Casey Erick claims.

I know that the filing is privileged, but it's still filed under penalty of perjury, right? They're citing outright fraudulent evidence - and very obviously fraudulent at that, since it clearly mentions events that had not yet occurred at the time it is dated.

Protip, when it says "Registrar WHOIS Server," go there and query that also, because the information that's found there may be more complete than the general WHOIS.

In this case, all it revealed is that they're hiding behind a "Domain Protection Services, Inc." located in Denver CO.
