That’s next to impossible to claim. Agency Agreements are a thing with lawyers. Vic has none with Nick. Prior to Vic engaging Ty he did an interview with Nick, after which he asked if any good lawyers were known in Texas, and Nick gave him Ty’s number. All perfectly ethical. Nick no more represents Vic then Greta Van Susterin represented OJ Simpson. He is functioning as a specialty journalist providing legal commentary for educational and public purposes. Any claims of agency would be laughed at.

Protip, when it says "Registrar WHOIS Server," go there and query that also, because the information that's found there may be more complete than the general WHOIS.

Don't kill yourself trying to figure out who or where PULL is. MoRonica brought them into it. MoRonica gets to provide the contact info. Any Businesses involved. Individual owners. Any user in that thread that made any claims against Vic. BHBH is going to respond back with a demand for all of it. "Are You Ladiesman217?!?" Casey and Moronica brought this into court, before the judge and presented it as core evidence. Proof of Vic's history of Sexual Assault and Sexual Abuse (I don't think those words mean what Casey claims they mean). So yeah Monica Rial and Ron Toye have just engineered it whereby they will be the ones publicly doxxing every poster on PULL. They didn't just throw Funimation and Rooster Teeth under the bus. They threw all the danger haired harpies on PULL straight under it. Gee with friends like these...

Edit; By the way, I take back my earlier thoughts from Yesterday. Yesterday I thought Ty's best course would be a motion to Strike. But this thing is so gloriously bad and conflicted that to erase it, and not use it as a club with which to bludgeon them seems horribly wasteful. There are stunning arguments for Vic's case in the defense response. They prove several of the Plaintiff's causes of action in their first major filing. Why give them a pass on that. They are the ones that packed the railroad car full of dynamite. All BHBH needs do is toss a match in that direction and watch the fireworks as they devour each other.

But for now, he's defending two very stupid, very guilty people and his options outside of shenanigans like we see today and in the response are limited. I sort of respect him for deciding to help these bumbling morons. The money he makes will be more than offset by the absolute frustration. I can't imagine he looked at this and thought it would be easy money.

I love that KickVic isn't taking this seriously, even now. Ron still thinks that some girls saying Vic soul raped them when he made eye contact, raped them when he was proven elsewhere, and Tumblr call out blogs that cannot be traced to a single identity are proof. Jamie is fucking trying to evade receiving service like she's some fourth grader who brilliantly stumbled across a solution to the problem everyone else has missed out on over the decades. When they end up living in cardboard boxes or wearing barrels like some Depression-era cartoon, will they take this seriously?

People are calling Casey boi incompetent because of how he has executed this. He could have given a reply with simple denials like nick stated and would be ok and not even look like a fucking Honk Honk Lawyer from Bumfuck Collins.

I think his clients demanded this shit show. Nick, in his asides, was still pretty protective of Casey's reputation, even after the 25 year kicked in. I imagine Casey understands how this looks. I think the noise from the laypeople would be easy to shrug off, but the criticism from people who are his peers who actually understand what's happening to whatever degree has to sting.

I can't say whether Casey's the brightest bulb in the box or not, but I agree that Moronica isn't giving him a lot to work with. If he was defending a smart client, he could probably salvage their case to some extent (or at least make it so the damages aren't as severe), but Rial and Soye are so pants-on-head stupid that he probably gave up on trying to knock some sense into them.

That word. "Inappropriate." I do not think civilized/normal people think it means what Soye and the Exceptionals (side note...potentional supervillian/rock band name) think it means.

SJWs follow the Alynski/Soviet method of redefining language. The mistake people make is allowing/going along with their definition. It's the same with ":Alt Right and Nazi." Neither is actually what they define it as. So dumbass can scream 'inappropriate videos" until the cows come home. But put a video of Vic getting glomped by starry eyed school girls and the parents on the jury will just roll their eyes. And the mothers on the jury will think back to their own girlhoods and think "I'd have glomped him too." See Beatlemainia for one example going back to the 60s or Elvis, Sinatra etc before him.

And there is famous video of all of it. What there isn't is juries pronouncing guilt of inappropriateness for any of it. Ron would know that if the soy hadn't wiped his memory. Or he's simply ignoring it.
