Jamie Marchi is an anime voice actress who claims she has been the victim of sexual harassment at the hands of Vic Mignogna. She has been one of the more prominent Kickvic supporters, infamously stating that she wanted Mignogna's head and balls. She is one of the defendants in Mignogna's first round of lawsuits, with Funimation, Monica Rial and Rial's fiancee Mr./Ms. Ronald Toye III being the other defendants. Marchi had a habit of saying some really stupid things once in a while. Case in point:

After it became clear that Mignogna was going to be pursuing legal action, Marchi had appeared to go quiet about the case on social media and in general, had smartened up on the matter.
Until yesterday, when it was discovered in legal documents that Marchi had been actively dodging attempts to be served:
Since knowledge of her attempts to dodge service was made public, Marchi has taken to Twitter to justify her actions, doing a very poor job in the process:
Marchi's lawyer is Samuel H. Johnson of Johnson & Sparks, based in Plano, Texas.

(Lack of) Involvement with Funimation Localization Changes
Funimation's history with localizing the script of their dubs are infamous (the Dragon Ball Z English dub in particular is prime example).
However, the section does not deal with the early days of Funimation where they adapted shows for American television standards aimed at younger audiences. Starting in the early 2010s, a peculiar theme started occurring in the scripts where accuracy or "cultural references" were sacrificed for sake of topics English-speaking American audience members would recognize.
The topics or references had a more... "woke" inference:

What does this have to do with Jamie Marchi?
The Prison School GamerGate reference has been misattributed to her.
The script was written by Tyson "Kill All Nazis" Rinehart and the female character in the clip was voiced by Colleen Clinkenbeard.
In fact, Marchi was not involved in the show at all!
This hasn't stopped ignorant detractors from accusing her of the script edits, much to her chagrin:

As for My First Girlfriend Is a Gal, Marchi was not involved with the script for the show (that was Alex Muniz and Joel Bergen), but voiced the female lead character, Yukana Yame (apparently, she was on the commentary track for episode 4, too). However, she didn't speak in that clip.
As for Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid, Marchi was not the script writer but she did voice Lucoa, who is featured in the clip.
While she may not be responsible for the scripts of these shows, she is supportive of the ideological tone behind them (which are completely absent in the original script).
South Carolina Comic Con 2019 & Discord Leaks
On December 26, 2018, South Carolina Comic Con announced on Facebook that Jamie Marchi would be a guest for their convention during the weekend of March 9-10, 2019:

After Weeb Wars was in full swing, Twitter user @DBZUk_kamehouse revealed on June 14, 2019, they were part of a Discord filled with known KickVic associates such as Jessie Pridemore, Emmett Plant, @Shane_Yes_That_One, and Jamie Marchi:

Marchi claims that South Carolina Comic Con canceled her appearance (Weeb Wars related maybe) and encouraged members of the KickVic Discord to "drag" the convention in response. Encouraging the harassment of convention owners and staff might be dangerous, consider that KickVic supporters vandalized Anime CON-munnity later that same month for having Nick Rekieta (who supported Vic Mignogna) as a guest:

Any convention people watching the thread should TAKE NOTE OF THIS STATEMENT. Jamie Marchi hates you and will actively try to get people to run YOUR name into the dirt if displeased.
COVID Inspired Stupidity
During the 2020 COVID-19 Lockdowns, public schools were closed.
However, there were arguments made that schools should be opened sooner for the sake of children's mental health.
The pro-lockdown and pro-gun control crowd made their hot takes.
Marchi made a controversial response to a retweet made Twitter user @emrazz:

Q&A:
"Cucked by a Chicken Sandwich"?
On November 5, 2019, Marchi retweeted a tweet from National Public Radio that featured a link to an article on the #MeToo movement (one that her story was featured in):

The tweet received over 1,000 likes and 137 retweets.
The NPR tweet itself received 742 likes and 239 retweets:

“It's been two years since the #MeToo movement took off. But what's happened with the women who spoke out? Many say on one hand, there's relief and solidarity to be found in talking openly. On the other, it often takes a great emotional and financial toll. https://t.co/ax6uwINGol”

For Many #MeToo Accusers, Speaking Up Is Just The Beginning
What happened to the people who shared their stories amid the #MeToo movement? Many say they've paid a high emotional and financial cost for discussing their sexual harassment cases.
