Well, that's clearly targeted harassment.
I have no defense against that charge. Clearly, given my knowledge of how conflict averse Ms. Marchi is given her behavior toward the process server, I had full reason to believe that any contact with Ms. Marchi would be traumatizing. Guilty as charged.
Nah trust me if they force her to go before a judge she'll become a mousy,quivering load of jelly just every other badass on the internet.
I think there'll be hysterics. I can just imagine the deposition:
Amazon: Ms. Marchi, can you explain how this tweet here is not clear evidence of malice?
Marchi: I don't have to answer that.
Amazon: Actually, you do. You have to answer all questions put forth in deposition...
Marchi: No! I block you!
Amazon: That doesn't work.
Marchi: (Puts her fingers in her ears and starts humming loudly)
Defense Counsel: Can I have a moment to talk to my client? Ms. Marchi, you really do have to answer the questions...
Marchi: You're siding with her? You must hate women! I block you too!
I'd ask her where her sense of humor is, but she clearly never had one to begin with.
To be fair, the Rules of Civil Procedure doesn't have any smut in it, so she's not likely to find it interesting or humorous.
