So on one PC, it shows that I'm getting a payout, but it hasn't fully hit the wallet yet (note, that 32.4 BAT is from ads clicked across multiple linked browsers):

On another PC (main PC where vast majority of ad clicks took place. wallets are synced) it doesn't show the "earnings" (tips are only reflected in the wallet/browser from which you made the tip):

The 20 was probably from one of those grants they give out occasionally, as for ads, you're clicking on the ad notifications that pop up occasionally in the lower right, yes? If not there's your problem (and if you aren't getting any in the first place try switching to dev)
 
Oh, no. I haven't been clicking anything. I assumed it would go up just from 'seeing' ads on pages. Bleh! So much wasted bat potential. Thanks.

So far this is my rewards dashboard. I read about the delayed payout in the @Bush did USS Maine post so I'm not expecting any payout until next month. However I haven't seen any ad notifications or ads yet. May have to switch to the dev version.

I switched to the Dev version and got a bit better results at first, but it went dead after a while. So I've been experimentally going back and forth between the two versions.

Using the regular version this morning, I got two ads within a very short time of each other, the fastest that's every been for me. So unfortunately, I'm not really seeing any rhyme or reason as to how it works 😐
 
I've got the mobile and PC versions. Barely ever on PC but I've got ads set to max and haven't gotten any. Haven't gotten any on mobile yet either.

I got my payout, using the regular version. I wish I had screenshot it for you guys, but there was a big red button above the wallet that I had to click to claim. Then it made me drag & drop a thing to prove I was a human.

But now I have a new problem. Is the minimum amount 20 BAT for tips? I only got 5...

I guess Fearless Leader will have to wait til next month to get my internet shekels.

The minimum payout for a tip wasn't so high before, when I got tokens from Coinbase and another grant the tip amounts were much smaller and I was able to break into multiple tips to empty my wallet. I think I was able to tip in amounts of 1, 5, and something else. I wonder why it changed.

Edit: Just looked at another site that I've visited that allows smaller tip amounts.

My payout happened today and I'm getting proper ad notifications now. Looks like the Brave boys fixed it!

Edit: I also found a site that lists all the verified BAT publishers. I was wondering about how many sites were actually involved in this and was thinking of asking in a post, but I found it: https://batgrowth.com/

My Brave wallets haven't updated with my ad click earnings, but my tips got transferred to my Uphold wallet and are now free to be sent to other exchanges/wallets or cashed out straight to my bank account.

I'm also getting errors when I try to tip right now, either tipping myself or other verified publishers. "Unable to send your tip. Please try again later." Same on multiple PCs/browsers.

P.S. @Null are tip amounts something that you can set? Other sites/channels still have 1/5/10 BAT options. Think you'd have better luck with the smaller amounts.

@Null do you set the minimum tip amount or is it set by Brave? Right now I'm only getting 5 BAT at a time through their rewards and I can't seem to send less than 20.

So, is the BAT system supposed to give you BAT for just browsing while their own special adds are disabled? Or does that go right to the sites being supported? Or is the feature not fully implemented?

Asking because other than a bonus BAT thingy they sent me right after I started using it(15 BAT, I think), I haven't seen my BAT increase at all, and I'm not sure if I'm doing it wrong or something. I'm pretty sure I have it enabled.

Edit: This is on Brave for Android.

I only use Brave on my PC, because iOS isn't doing ads yet, but from what I understand it works basically the same for PC and Android.

You have to enable their ads on the reward section of the settings, there's more detailed info on how to do that further back in this thread.

A little box will pop up in the lower right corner every once in a while, you have to either tap the little arrow on the top-right on that box, or tap the ad itself to get credit for it. If you tap "close" I don't think you get the BAT.

Now this is all assuming you live in a region that has the ads, not all of them do.

Has anyone actually bought BAT for their crypto shekel wallet? Considering throwing $100 into BAT via Coinbase for the investment.

I have because why not, it's actually a good project. I don't think it will go up some crazy amount but I spent a little under $100 when it was between .15-.30 and just bought some more today.

I trade BAT sometimes, the altcoin market has been getting the shit kicked over it during this rally on BTC. Today most of the alt market recovered a bit, but BAT did not. Delayed reaction or does it miss out after having a rally of it's own? It's not an awful bet to buy here if you're trading off the BTC value, maybe not if you're betting it's going up in USD (as it depends on BTC not coming down from it's rally).

I think the system would be much better if it were direct P2P payments using ETH or DAI. It is a real let down that the rewards wallet is not usable directly and you can only withdraw funds through KYC compliant partners who charge huge fees.

I like the concept of Brave Rewards but the walled-garden approach guts so much of the value. Especially with KYC reqs and large cuts being taken.
