Nick's suggesting that MoRon's whole strategy in their exceptional response might be to commit suicide while throwing FUNimation under the bus so that they'll get joint and several liability and FUNimation ends up having to pay.

Even better better, those 3 c1ose friends + Monica that Soye keeps mentioning were assaulted by Vic were probably the 4 people investigated by Funi/Sony. And Soye apparently lived with all of them at some point.
