It's kind of a nice place now, at least in theory, especially considering how much mods are now encouraging and pushing free speech. There's also a separate Politics subforum now, so the OT side doesn't get shitted up by all the usual Pro-Trump vs Anti-Trump ameritards endlessly screeching against each other. On the other hand, it's still an half dead forum (even though its traffic it's slowly improving) with very few quality topics, especially on Gaming side. The userbase is now way more right/anti-sjw leaning, and it's mostly people from KotakuInAction and /v/, i don't know if that's good or bad for you. In the end, it's still run by Tyler Malka, the fucktard that spinelessly allowed the Resetera cancer to grow, hijack and destroy his own comunity, so fuck him anyway.
