I agree except for the "eventually move on" part. If Gamergate taught us anything, it's that these people will never let it go if they lose. They will literally take the anger of losing to their graves. Like GG, you're gonna be hearing about "DA EBUL RAPIST VIC MUGOGNUH" and his Blackface Lawyer Nick for years to come.

It'll only cost them something like half a million to take it to a full jury trial. I'm sure Ron Soye is good for it with his job at the Tuttle Group, which certainly he'll keep after they find out he dragged them into this by using their name to threaten Kamehacon with a cancellation of their sponsorship unless they kicked Vic.

I'm sure they fully approved of this and won't be at all surprised when the subpoena comes.

What are they expecting in terms of getting from us? Who here has committed a crime? No named party is even involved besides that one idiot whose on their side. I don't have any correspondence to show.

If they subpoena me for conversation messages from Nick or Vic or whoever, what they get in return is an affidavit stamped by a slav notary agent saying I have nothing to give, and there's a "нотариус" sign on every block in walking distance of my house, so there's not even a problem finding one.

These idiots are so echo chambered they think normies that didn't skip jury duty, so they could get out of a few days of work, because they leave the house, would think that talking mad shit on the internet about someone, making accusations with no proof and no criminal complaints is somehow going to damn Vic. When they can't grasp that maybe, just maybe these people may think "wow this man lost his livelihood, got branded all these awful things because some people on the internet conspired with his scorned possibly ex lover coworker, this could happen to me, how awful!"

Muh doxxing, muh harassment. It's just more PULL idiocy. Which is why I said if the defense ever actually does name us in the lawsuit, it will be because this has reached peak stupid.

Yeah, that's feels over reals shit, and if they're expecting the various named to stick together and help each other they're fucking insane. Check out what happened with the 5 or so unrelated parties that Maddox sued. Even the ones who were friends very quickly excused themselves from the lawsuit and saved their own. It's not even hard feelings, that's just how it works. Of course you look out for yourself first.
