Yeah, here's a little life lesson just in case any of you find yourselves in a Monica/Marchi type situation. Filming and Publishing a Video of yourselves making fun of "conspiracy" is generally not a good move the same week you demand a Jury Trial. It's the sort of thing that a Jury would find flippant and disrespectful of serious matters, should an enterprising plaintiff's attorney find cause to put it in front of them.

Holy shit, seriously? They alleged to have gotten a tremendous amount of troll PMs, which is why they are in shutdown mode.

Now that Nick dropped the preview of the direct evidence of Ron Soye's defamation dating back to early January combined with the archives of the PULL smear thread having almost no content at that time, PULL has become irrelevant to be used as a claim by the defense that they were just repeating what they heard. Not that was going to save them regardless.

"Someone else said it first" is not a defence to defamation. It doesn't matter how many stories there've been or for how long. What matters is whether Monica and Jamie can establish that their comments about Vic assaulting them and others are truthful. That they "believe" other women are being truthful is insufficient.

And we now know from Nick's latest stream that Ron Soye made claims to KamehaCon about a legal investigation into Vic that does not or did not exist.

No one else has made that claim.
It is a claim that is unquestionably false.
And it is a claim that the idiot Ron wrote down and sent to a third party who has turned it over to Vic's legal team.

Ron not only defamed Vic with an injurious and easily disprovable lie. He put it in writing.
