Looks like Studiopolis has secretly replaced one of Vic's roles
Bungo Stray Dogs season 3, right? Even if the dubbing studio is Californian, Funimation is involved in the production if for no other reason that they're releasing the simuldub and will most likely be the physical media distributor. They made it clear they were no longer engaging Vic anymore (as is their right), so what can you do...

...other than show the loss of this role as damages in a defamation suit.

Only watched a few episodes of the first season. Seemed okay.

Now the interesting part is that this is (I think) a CrunchyRoll-Funimation joint production. Vic's done nothing for CR that I can remember (Well, I think he was a minor character in Slime, which was also a joint production) I have to wonder if there was any backdoors talks.

As an example of what could happen, let's look at the guy I was responding to. In the screenshots he posted, he showed that he has the same name here that he uses on Twitter. (Not gonna lie, I facepalmed hard when I saw that...) Well, I could go to his Twitter profile and skim through his tweets for any personal info. Now, lets say he went for dinner with friends and posted a pic of the restaurant. With one pic, he's not only narrowed down my search, but I could reverse image search the pic and, hey, one of his friends posted a pic of them there on fb. Oh, look, said friend was nice enough to tag him. Now I have his real name. And with that, I could make his life hell on earth if I wanted to.
Not to mention any failure to scrub exif data from images the account posted anywhere, or 1-2 degrees of freedom out on uncontrolled accounts.

I think he's not worth worrying about now, but he's worth keeping an eye on, especially as more kamehacon behind the scenes info trickles in.
Here's hoping discovery items start coming out soon and everyone can laugh at the true exceptionalism of these defendants. Hell, maybe we'll finally get that long sought after proof of Vic actually doing something.

Given their battlecry of "but testimony IS evidence", I'm thinking not.
