There was an app for android 3 or 4 years ago that applied these exactly same filters, but it was pulled out from the google store after an update which included a new black face filter. These people are a bunch of tech illiterates. For them, if it doesn't exist on facebook, twatter or snapchat, it doesn't exist at all!
