It wouldn't even really be that difficult with a competent therapist because CBT is specifically designed to help people with these delusional negative thoughts that spiral out of control. CBT typically starts showing results very quickly as well.

CBT needs a very motivated client; most trannies aren't.

They need competent and extensive psychotherapy. I'm talking Freud/Jung level.

Psychoanalysis is time consuming (hence very expensive) and has very little proven clinical efficiency on any psychiatric condition.

I think there is some credence to the excessive androgen exposure in utero theory. A fuck ton of them are, after all, autistic (comorbid with in utero androgen exposure). But we teach autistic kids not to be total spergs (when possible), whereas troonery is generally encouraged.

If they think overdosing on estrogen does anything to their brain, they're even more retarded than previously thought.

That's really not true. First, they tried to discredit each other, then their acolytes tried to discredit their "messiahs", then, the pharmaceutical industry found it was much more lucrative and time effective to dish out medications for people's problems instead of getting to the root of their issues. Well, I think that comes down to dysphoria versus whatever attention whoring shit the trenders are milking. I worked with a transwoman who had been fully transitioned since the 90s sometime... She was slightly obese and unattractive, but passed well enough as an ugly woman. That said, she was very straightforward that her life was a horror. The only difference the transition made was turning that horror from unbearable to bearable. Being trans was not something she would have wished on anybody.

I think most of these internet troons featured in this thread are at best LARPing badly as women. Either because they subconsciously know they are failures as men or have some other spectrum soup that in reality falls far short of crippling dysphoria. Now I love a good lowbrow tranny joke as much as the next shitlord, but in the back of my head I'm really only sending my disdain towards the troons.

I'm all for a tasteful piercing or two but with all the ones this one has, this face, this manner of dress, and coupled with being trans- there's no way this person is able to find work. Who would want a creature like this representing their business? I don't understand how these people function in any level in society but this also go for the really goth goths that dress similar but are fine with their gender.

You can see in the last most photo how tight they have the bottom-most strap as well as how the side straps which would rest snugly against a fuller breast is sticking out instead, (also visible in the second pic) there's not enough breast tissue for it to sit properly. All the straps are ill fitted because it's likely meant for a woman with actual tits. A proper amount of boob keeps the strap from riding up over the chest and the side would be assisting in the cradling of the boob. It's essentially a bra with a very fancy front so it should fit snugly while also providing some support. They absolutely do not have enough breast tissue for it, in the right place, and I have the feeling torso length is also affecting the fit.
