Chris is straight up assaulting people. He will be viewed as dangerous to the public the second time around. While a judge might say "fine, but now it's a shit ton higher", it's very likely the judge will just say "fuck it, stay here until your trial".
Allegedly.
Actually, not even allegedly. He assaulted someone once. We know that.
We have good reason to believe he may have caused another scene. If he was banned from the store, this could be a case of trespassing. Probably a fairly minor one, and only an issue if Wal-mart wants to make it one.
We have rumours he may have mentioned the pepper spray. This could be construed as a threat, which would be a more serious crime. But we don't know exactly what he said. Threatening someone is a crime, but when someone is charged with it, the court needs to parse their language very carefully. Even if we assume Chris said something about pepper-spray it is very difficult to speculate whether or not it is a threat if we don't know what he said.
We have absolutely no reason to believe he committed a second assault. Actually, we have good reason to suspect he didn't. If the person who texted Thetan said "he is yelling about pepper spray" then he probably didn't use the spray (or at least she didn't see or hear of him using it) or the story would be "he used pepper spray".
If he was arrested again, I think it could lead to revokation of bail, even if it was only a case of trespassing and making a nuisance. The reason I think this is that the GameStop incident began as trespassing and making a nuisance in a place he was banned from. That incident escalated, so a judge might feel that even if this one didn't, it is evidence that he is continuing this behaviour, and the next time he might escalalate. He may be considered an immediate threat to the public (or at least immediate concern if you think threat is too strong a word).
On the other hand, we don't know if the police are involved. The poor chumps working the Wal-mart games section may have managed to get him out reasonably quickly. If they didn't know about his previous arrest, they might have thought that it was a minor problem properly dealt with at that point. Involving the police at that point would just be a pain in their ass.
As time goes on, and all the dedicated Christorians haven't rooted out that he was arrested, I become more and more convinced that he wasn't.
