I mean, there WAS that member of the #CWCProtectSquad Tings Tingz. She was the one who drew suggestive artwork of Chris and his characters. And she also drew that picture of BryanFrogBoy "joining the harem". I wouldn't be surprised if that has influenced Chris in some way.

I'd argue that Chris-Chan is one of the worst examples of high-functioning autism.
He has only once held a job and was fired for being inappropriate. He has been removed from conventions for being inappropriate. He hoards compulsively and spends his money like a toddler. He has gotten into legal trouble multiple times. He is completely absorbed in his own false fantasies and children's media. He is banned from multiple retail locations. He is wholly incapable, where he stands now, of functioning alone in the real world.

Someone on the CWCki uploaded a set of Twitter DMs with Sarah and Steve (who gave Chris the Nintendo Switch).
They claim to be "helping" Chris by buying him stuff and playing with him, talk about moving to be near him and about setting up a website for him to use for discussing his "prophecy."
Not sure when these messages happened, because in them, Sarah and Steve say they're donating $100 per month on Patreon, but they only donated once and then cancelled the pledge next day a couple months ago. But Sarah and Steve are still around on Twitter, though their account is private. Chris replied to one of their messages a couple weeks ago.

Fortunately for them Chris doesn't know the meaning of the word "patronizing." He's probably delighted that he has a small group of people to sperg with about the increasingly obvious dimensional merge. Perhaps they'll "divine" some "rituals" for him to perform to bring it about.

These two seem suspicious. New saga inbound?
Are they trying to set themselves up as the new Idea guys? They seem to have invested quite a lot of money and time into Chris. What do they think they'll get out of him? He's broke and soon to be bankrupt so it can't be money.
Maybe they're actually insane and belive in Chris's schizo ramblings. Or maybe they're just turboautistic weens.

I don’t think these two are making attempt to roleplay with Chris, at least not yet. He’s seemingly more vulnerable (somehow) in his own fictional worlds. These two have already bought Chris a Switch, an item he desperately wanted, so I believe there’s little stopping Chris from outright ignoring them.
I’m not sure if Chris would want ‘devout followers’ in the real world anyway. He’d love to be worshipped from afar, and receive tons of free shit. I’d love a saga in which Chris turns two morons into his own personal paypig.
Edit: before it is mentioned, I do not fully believe Chris would want his home turned into a Pokémon gym. He’d have to actively defend against other autists who cheat and have far stronger units than he does, and he’s eventually revert back to Tweets/Facebook posts about how unfair the game is. He wants to be a renown symbol without having to do anything.
