What is really funny about Vic's GFM is its truly the one GFM that the site can actually assure that the money is being used exactly what is stated on the GFM page due to the IOLTA account.

As a side, that money could have been used to help a 2 year old cat named stripe get payment for Vet bills for a pretty serious situation, Pleural Effusion, it is pretty expensive to treat and help with. And can lead to the death of the cat if left untreated. (Sorry, cat owner, so can't help but feel bad for the family dealing with this situation.) Sort of making a jab at how selfish Marzgurl is wasting people's money for stuff that ultimately is her own fault for being in. Simple thing "Don't cause crap, won't get caught in crap."

I've been on a little edge during this whole thing, the fight or flight is really haywire after this 5 months of this crap. I really will only be able to relax and go back to normal once it's over and done with. To be able to give a sigh of relief essentially. It was dropped in the fandom and communities and it just created this ugly mess of a ripple effect. That well it's going to take a bit to pick those pieces back together again. But again it can't happen really until this whole thing is resolved really, otherwise they are just going to end up breaking it again.
So not much I(Or anyone) can really do but wait for the fire to be put out completely essentially

I used to feel the way you feel. I'd end up in days-long pissing matches with idiots on Newsmax (back when that was still a thing) and I'd find myself tied in utter knots, mentally, because I thought if they weren't beaten back constantly on that forum, then they'd take over the world. Turns out they were just a bunch of losers on a forum who had no effect on anything. Just like me. When I realised that, I realised I was turning myself into an anxious mess over nothing.
You have no power. The people that you're pushing back against have no power. The people that had any apparent power over this drama are about to have their insides wound out of their anuses and turned into bunting for Vic's return to work party. There was a time to fight and argue, and that time was however long it took to get the attention of internet lawyers. Now is the time to watch the fireworks.
Whatever ripple in your fandom that you've observed will die out now, because the energy has been sucked from it by things that have already happened. Wow! The stupidity is strong here. Ron is under no NDA’s. Ron is not an employee of anyone that would have subjected him to an NDA, save perhaps his Mortgage Brokerage. If Ron knows anything NDA’s and Privacy have already been broken. If Shane knows anything than these people are complete morons.
As for Vic releasing anything? Vic is under no NDA’s. Vic has no Privacy concerns because RonRon and company so completely and maliciously violates his. Or at least attemptedto with their defamation campaign. Vic is fighting this not just in court, that’s his compensation for damages done, but in the real world to rebuild his reputation. That begins by showing everyone what lying pieces of complete and utter shit the VA Mafia Mean Girls are. He doesn’t have to play nice. He doesn’t have to worry about MoRonica’s privacy. He just has to let their own words damn them all.
And Ron, if you or Shane had ANY of this super damaging case winning information? The real true story or whatever, it should have been right there on page 1 paragraph 1 of your response filing.
