I'm already betting they're gonna be crying about the law getting it wrong because it doesn't care about the feelings of 'all the victims' that are 'too scared' to come forward because this horrible monster might give them a prayer CD. All the while completely ignoring that it's going to be a jury trial (most likely) but nah, it's all the Judge's fault for being a dirty filthy alt-right republican trying to stop da wemens from coming forward.

If BHBH wanted to force Monica and Ron to attend the 31 May hearing, they'd need to have served them notice by now wouldn't they?

Also, if the judge refused to grant a protective order, would that only be in respect of Ron and Monica or would that ruling apply to the depositions of the other defendants, too?
