It's rather funny that these people want a jury trial; while being the least sympathetic "victims" within their case. Cooooool, you got snark--you got sass. It's weird that the corporation of Funi is the most likable defendant in the case. There is going to be an avalanche of regret once they realize that their jury won't consist of any purple hair troon faggots, that will automatically vote in their favor. They truly think twitter is the consensus of the rest of the United States.

I love the idea of them in front of a jury of Texans who are wondering why the absolute fuck they are spending days of their life getting shafted out of a paycheck to listen to spergy bullshit about Nepalese fingerpainting, and then these fuckers who are responsible for it are on the stand snarking and thinking that they're dabbing on the plaintiffs, but what they're really doing is infuriating the jury.

This kind of shit really failed to impress a Florida jury when Nick Denton and Daulerio did it in the Gawker case. I can't imagine a Texas version of it would go any better.

I bought into the idea that Jamie had originally shut up because she was smart. Clearly, we can see now that's not the case. Twitter snark posting isn't just going to irritate the judge, her whole defense rests on her being an honest prude. She's out there lying, posting contradictory statements, doing everything she can to make herself look like she's willing to say anything to look cool - over something as stupid as getting served court documents. And, at the same time she's destroying the honest part of her defense, she's calling herself a ho and posting trying-to-be-sexy face pics. I think she's even liking the thirsty responses to her tweets, meaning she encourages people to make flirtatious comments about her.

I wonder if she originally shut up back when Vic first announced that he had retained lawyers because she thought if she stopped saying anything, she'd be left out of the lawsuit. When she was included despite her improved behavior, she figured she was in a damned if I do, damned if I don't situation and has decided to release all her pent-up snark.

Really need to work on my patience - it's likely going to be 2 more weeks until she's served and another 3 weeks after that until we hear an answer from her in the legal system as opposed to her rediculous twitter nonsense.

So 5 weeks until we get to see some kind of response from her grounded in reality.

I wouldn't be surprised if the judge grants the motion for substituted service on the 31st from the bench and service is effected the same day or the Monday after.

That's really the sad thing about this whole clown show she's putting on. Some poor person unrelated to either side is just trying to do their job and she's making his work day more annoying because she doesn't want to answer a fucking door. Playing hide and seek and taunting a guy on twitter that has nothing to do with Vic or anyone involved in the case for no reason than her own amusement apparently. How big does your ego need to be to act this way?
