While there are almost assuredly regulations against property damage to people being served, it still would've been great if Lamont nailed the fuckin' thing to her door and had it cover the "No solicitors" plaque.

Somewhat more expensive but non-damaging compromise assuming the door is magnetic (I can't tell 100% from the picture but it could well be) is tack the bag to the door over the "No Solicitors" sign with 4 or more neodymium magnets.
Edit: as an addendum, the cheap stacks of such magnets available from Amazon will stick to such doors quite nicely, I just checked.
