The literal worst case scenario now for Ty is that he just has to cite her tweets to prove she was aware of attempted service long before the papers were left on her door. It's that simple.
If she actually tried to claim she wasn't served, it wouldn't even matter whether she actually got it at this point. It just establishes her bad faith, a good state of mind when you want to prove someone acts with malice. She's legally served regardless. She'd just be lying in vain. The process server has done everything legally required to accomplish service so she can lie all she likes. She still has to file an answer on time or automatically lose by default.
