-noncel (meaning non celibate) is the opposite of that? So to be classified as non-celibate you must both be in a relationship as well as having sex in that relationship.
-semi-incel (semi-involuntarily-celibate) then is only having one or the other? So someone who is having sex, but is not in a relationship would qualify?
As for getting this woman pregnant, what exactly are your goal and motivations? You want to get her pregnant, but you don't want it traceable back to you, so that you don't have to pay child support. If she doesn't get pregnant, you want to try again. I guess I don't understand why you WANT a woman pregnant with your child (and I assume also to bear that child to birth since you say you'll try again if she doesn't get pregnant), yet don't want to support it. Do you want to be a part of the child's life? Is there any particular reason you want a child in the world that you don't want to pay to support?
