Has anyone found out who the so called "twins" are from ron's messages to kamehacon. While ron claims they lived with him

Because nick stated two people havent come forward with there story. But whats weird about that is in the funimation investigation also included two people in one story

but this is the catch nick wasn't allowed to reveal there name's because they haven't came out wit there allegation either

There has to be a clue

Checked it out. Tbh, I can give much more props to Monica for atleast handling that professionally. If only she'd done that with regards to everything else, maybe she and Soye wouldn't be considered the town idiots.

Marchi on the other hand is clearly avoiding the lawsuit and like Nick says, is under the impression that if she just ignores it, it'll go away. This is such typical behaviour I'd expect of an SJW, they make a whole hooha about things on the internet but when it's time to face the consequences of their actions, they'll do everything in their power to avoid it.

Thing is, she can't claim ignorance either cos I'm pretty sure she's been noticed that there is a lawsuit, just hasn't been given the papers. Curious, what happens if she doesn't show up and claims the papers were never given to her or she never found the papers on her door. Anyone with any insight ?
She already claimed that she knew about the lawsuit and her lawyer had the papers I think last week or the week before via the internet. Add in the fact that there are plenty of people showing her what is on her door. Add in all her antics about being served and if she does decide to go that route, she will be fucked. BHBH probably has her whole twitter archived as soon as she started the antics so they definitely got her saying she knows about the suit so she can try to deny it but it will fail.

If I'm remembering correctly, the allegations investigated by Funimation were:
1) The Jellybean incident
2) An incident involving a consensual kiss
And one (or two?) other stories the details of which haven't been revealed to the public yet.
I seem to recall Nick hinting that the undisclosed story/stories are even dumber than the jellybean one.
I guess we'll find out once Funimation produces the documenation of their investigation as part of discovery.

If I understand the situation correctly (I haven't been following these retards very closely, because I find them to be exhausting), I'm pretty sure that the packet that they ziptied to her door was the papers, and they've been allowed to serve her by strapping the papers to her door precisely because she was ducking the process server. But even beyond that she's clearly aware.

But perhaps one of our friendly local kiwi lawyers could chime in as to whether I'm correct here. I'm just guessing based on what I know of the legal process.
I don't even know 100% if that's what's happened, but with what I've seen I'm guessing that if that hasn't already happened (I thought it just did), it will soon.

Third incident involved two accusers, not funimation employees, not on funimation property, not involving any sexual contact at all.

Nick's stated that the consensual kiss and the third incident accusers have not come forward -publicly-, though he is aware of who they are.

The hints to their identities primarily come from Ron Toye's Kamehacon texts, where he refers to "The Twins", and "Ian's GF".

This leads to "Ian's GF" likely being the Consensual Kiss accuser, and the Twins being the "Two Accusers."

Nick mentioned one more incident investigated by RoosterTeeth, not Funimation, and he believes it's just as bland/laughable.

IIRC the kiss accuser case is not actually even accusation by the person that was kissed, but by someone else.

So, assuming it really is "Ian's GF", its probably said Ian that complained because of spite from Vic kissing his GF?

If I understand the situation correctly (I haven't been following these exceptional individuals very closely, because I find them to be exhausting), I'm pretty sure that the packet that they ziptied to her door was the papers, and they've been allowed to serve her by strapping the papers to her door precisely because she was ducking the process server. The court considers Marchi served on the 23rd (papers on door), so she has until the 17th of June to respond to the complaint. If she doesn't then she will lose and it's considered default judgement. If she tries to claim the dog ate her papers or whatever then the judge will laugh at her.

I'm not wondering if Marchi thinks that Funi/MoRon can win the case without her, so she's just going to not show and not pay any costs. The question I have is for those more learned in the way of the law is: If Marchi defaults, but MoRon/Funi through some wild stretch somehow win their defense, wouldn't that still leave damages on Marchi's doorstep since she didn't contest the charges, or would she get off scott free?

Depends on what kind of liability is decided on. If BHBH are able to prove civil conspiracy, she could end up being jointly liable with the other defendants.

I don't think she'd get off. Vic is suing multiple parties for the same thing, but they are still individual parties right?

For instance: Funimation could prove no wrong doing (unlikely imo, but I'm using this as an example), while Ron and Monica could still lose, and Marchi could still default.
Or that's my understanding, because they've all committed different actions that have ultimately lead to the same outcome. While what Funi did might not be ruled as defamation (again, as an example), what Ron and Monica have done clearly is.

But that's to my understanding. 100% not a lawyer, so if I'm wrong I hope someone corrects me.

I wonder if the people complaining two guys had the audacity to ask Monica and Jamie a question at a Q&A panel would be saying the same thing if instead these guys waiting outside the panel room and dumped a milkshake on them as they were walking out. Looking at some of their profiles tells me they're all for doing that

If Vic wins I just know these speds are going to fight/appeal the judgement.

Vic likely won't see his money for years.

In the unlikely case that they don't fight the judgement, they'll just get their hoards of soy filled SJW outrage mobs to claim that there are years of 'evidence' of Vic 'being a creepy pedo rapist' and just continue to defame or ostracize him. They're also going to blame it on a Republican Judge and Men. Unfortunately that's the world we live in, Vic may get work, but the damage is already done. There's not much that can be done to reverse it.

Watch them turn this into an uproar like the Alabama abortion bill, only now stupider, by saying men just want to have sex and rape whoever they want.

I stand by what I've always said, if you want people to take rape seriously 100% of the time, Make sure you file a police report whenever something like this happens instead of saying you were scared of some 'influence' you think they might have. Even if they do actually have some influence, you made a police report, it's on record now that this person actually physically or sexually abused someone.

And second, give people who make false rape claims the same punishment as actual rapists, not just a slap on the wrist.

There's something you're forgetting.

Do they have the money to hire a lawyer to appeal?
And will they have jobs/cons to make said money?

Non the less, the appeal could be thrown out, since I'm relatively sure that to appeal, you need new evidence/new bullshit reasoning, and I highly, highly doubt they will have either since they'll throw *everything* into this case and still loose since it's all bullshit anyways.

Afro Samurai is pretty dope.

Bruh, they got Armitage III. Holy hell, how many titles do they have on there?
Do they still have the license to have those series on their site?

Also in regards to the guy who recorded his interaction with Marchi: I don't think he acted like a sped to be honest, he asked her why she was lying about Vic, told her he wasn't judging her and all she did was act like a 13 year old in response and have her little horkers clap as she "roasted" him. At least Monica just said she wasn't talking about it and moved on, seems like Marchi and Ron are the two to watch for future freak outs and hilarious depositions. And to the people here who are reeeing at people confronting them at cons I'll say this: They made it public and then wanted it to just as quickly vanish when they got their way, I don't see the difference between telling some one to their face that they're full of shit or sitting here saying the exact same thing. They've left a black mark on a man's career for what seems to be petty and cuntish reasons, if some one wants to remind them of that every time they go to a con I'd say that's fair game.

I can actually use Hulk Hogan as a reference in this!

So...around 2012 Gawker released a sex tape of Hulk Hogan that was about 6 years old at the time. Mind you, Hulk hadn't had work with the WWE or TNA for some time in 2014-2015, but WWE brought him back for special appearances and as a host and judge for "Tough Enough", a reality show where they're training people to be wrestlers. Gawker then releases another video where Hogan says "fucking niggers". He is promptly fired from WWE and removed from their Hall of Fame. Removal from the Hall of Fame also negates any WWE Legend contract for any appearance fees. Hogan also had all products with his name removed or removed entirely from shelves. If it wasn't for the lawsuit, Hogan likely would have been bankrupt.

Hogan was rehired by WWE in 2018 after it took Saudi Prince Salman al-Saud requesting his return for a wrestling show (Crown Jewel) and WWE getting a truckload of cash for his appearance from the Saudi government. Fun fact: al-Saud also wanted wrestlers like Yokozuna and Ultimate Warrior to appear, despite the fact that they both had died.

It took three years, millions of dollars, and a fucking HEAD OF STATE to get Hogan a job back in WWE.

Is Salman al-Saud also a huge weeb? If not, it might be quite difficult for Vic to get work in the industry from here on.

Literally "don't worry, I'll be offended on your behalf." SJWs are nothing if not predictable, which makes me wonder -- has anyone done a study to see if Toxoplasmosis infection creates SJWs? There has to be a connection between all these crazy cat ladies and this mindset.

Isn't Vic still part of Viz Media

Yes. US Dubbing is in three cliques -- the LA clique, the Texas clique, and the NYC clique. IIRC there's also an Ireland / UK clique.

The Texas clique is 100% pure cancer. The other two have remained fairly silent on this, probably because they don't want to be splashed by tard cum if they are caught defying the thots.
