Huh, I just thought it was a JoJo reference. Stands being creatures that, more or less, carry out their master's will. Usually extremely flamboyant, and usually bereft of being able to say more than one thing (Like "ora ora ora" etc.)

I knew it came from the song, but I thought it was short for "stalker fan", fans that are just a bit TOO seriously devoted to their objects of affection, follow EVERYTHING they do, and do crazy Deus Vult level shit in their name.

The only major difference here are that Stands are usually awesome, stans on the other hand, just... arent.

CR doesnt do "members only" episode anymore except of their shitty original skits I think.

But what I did notice is Im not getting any ads with the ANN embeds. I go check out the same episode on CR and I get tons of ads, even with ad block. So it looks like ANN lets you skip Crunchyroll's ads, which I'm sure they appreciate

I wonder if the videos that are still on ANN are played through their user account on CR, it would explain the lack of ads if they have a subscription.
