How is this man a security guard? -(I'm assuming he doesn't mean cyber-security)-, I'm not sure about the US, but to apply for that kind of job in other countries, you would have to pass a physical test that in no way this man could do. He's fatter than DSP, objectively speaking.

Security is a low skill position thats usually filled by low paid affirmative action roles.

Ie: pay the black guy to check badges at the visitor log at the desk so we can say er employ monorities.

Its like TSA.

Yes. He's not a body guard or a bouncer or anything like that. He's probably on the same level as the old lady who checks your receipt at Walmart to make sure you aren't stealing.

In the US sometimes a security job is as easy as doing a test and getting a license essentially. This can be different state by state i believe. But from what I've seen you can be 300 pounds and get a security job at some places.

Worked as security at 18 for maybe a year and i just had to do a class for a day, and have had coworkers be rather large

Outside of the general Twitch community rules, I don't think the ToS has anything to do with how a streamer decides to moderate their channel. The only way it would violate ToS is if Phil outright said in very specific terms the only way he could get unbanned is by paying bits. The only time Twitch would get involved in a ban is if one of their admins IP banned someone and said person was skirting around the ban, but that would have everything to do with the user and nothing to do with the streamer.

Now, obviously the reasoning is if you throw money at Phil you'll get unbanned, but that's just paypigs being desperate. Phil would have to actively be banning people with the intent of getting them to pay to be unblocked for any kind of ToS violation to take place, and Phil is way too passive aggressive to do something like that.

CuckstieL has like 6 videos named DSP is a scammer, literally any of phils pigs have to do is send him a screen shot or link to these videos and he's done, this is the exact reason you don't use the same name for everything, and for any curious people his youtube is still up because @Nigel of Ukip mentioned he's closing accounts. his op isn't only gay its fucking flaming gay
