It would be a shame if someone was scamming Google pay by making fraudulent chargebacks and then they admitted to doing it in a public YouTube chat. That's kind of illegal, isn't it? I hope Google doesn't catch wind of that.

Wait, so if I'm understanding this correctly, he's saying he uses Google Pay to put money into PayPal, tips Phil using said PayPal funds, then disputes the Google Pay transaction. But...the Google Pay part doesn't go to Phil in the first place. If you pay for something on PayPal and then pull your funds from your account before the payment processes, you're still charged. Your account just goes into the negative, or it pulls from whatever bank/credit card you have linked to your account.

This also apparently works because the refunds for Google Pay go to an automated account and never get disputed? I've never used Google Pay before so maybe someone can correct me if I'm being a total dumbass, but doesn't none of that make sense? The automated dispute thing especially seems all sorts of questionable just because of how easy it would be for someone to run scams with that outside of the goutsphere. Maybe I'm just suspicious from other people in the past trying to save face by insisting they were just messing with Phil by using some elaborate chargeback method.
