It's a term that truscum came up with in retaliation that refers to the "too cute" excessive cutesy childish behavior and obsession with "kawaii" aesthetics that is almost universal among tucutes. I wouldn't even say it's a stretch to assume they latched onto transgenderism because the flag is pastel.

I'm :late: but Truscum = True Transexual Scum and Tucute = Too Cute To Be Dysphoric, and both were coined by local con artist and lolcow Samantha Sheffield aka Adele aka IDislikeCisPeople aka transgemder and a lot of other names in that vein. She's a cis woman who photoshops a dick onto her "lewd" photos in order to better roleplay being transgender and trick people into giving her money for "her medications" (insulin and hormones) which she then spends on video games and sweets.

She's what stephanie would be if she were more intelligent and attractive.
