Yes, I would not say "bullshit" but they can readily be misunderstood and abused. There is no reason to expect that aborigines would evolve away from intelligence and japanese toward it, however intelligence is defined. The time separated has been too short. Tests are easily culturally biased, even those that pretend to be culture-neutral. There would be ways to overcome this, but I have not seen them used in the studies. And it's all irrelevant. So what if some group has "lower average intelligence"? There are many other human qualities that can be as important or more important.
How about honesty? How about decency? Would you hire an active, blatant, in-your-face racist?
