The only reason why he hasn't become a full on meme is that he usually holds back on his bad optics.
I remember watching one of his vids. He had graphics telling everyone to sub to his channel and enable notifications literally every 15 seconds or so and he chose this fucking bell sound that was ear rape to play everytime the graphic went off. Like I couldn't even hear what he was saying because the bell noise was louder than his mic volume and the graphic constantly went off.
As for the Marchi getting fired thing, it's obviously a hoax or misinformation.
On her claiming not to have the papers, I eagerly await her not showing up to trial claiming she never received the papers when there have been 5 documented attempts at serving her, one of which confirmed there was someone at the house but that person never answered the door, which a house/pet sitter would do as the owner would tell them to sign for any parcels they received (unless the owner in this case told them explicitly not to) or more likely because it was Marchi herself and she knew it was the papers and wanted to hide from the consequences of her actions. Not to mention that on the 6th attempt they zip tied her papers to her door and now she claims they were never there and they zip tied the wrong house.
I swear though, I will absolutely die of laughter if she appears with the papers in court after playing the clown on her Instagram
Ty, if you see this and she does end up doing that, question her and let us know what colour her face turned
Alternatively, she's going to try and pull a Moronica-esque move, 'take the initiative' and fire up her dumb followers on Insta or Twitter to believe that she or her lawyer contacted Ty's firm for the papers as they welcome the suit, in an attempt to make Ty and his firm seem incompetent at serving the papers or also to make it seem like they don't know everything and sent it to the wrong address.
