I think no matter where he lived, Arin would end up as a cow. His younger self wasn't that much better, it was just easier to write off because everyone is stupid at that age and eventually grows out of it. Whether GG was stationed in Cali or some other random part of the world wouldn't change much. If they ran a non-internet based show it'd be a different thing, but I think Arin's influence and a lot of his more recent cowish behavior comes more from online interactions than actual social interactions. Not to say that he wouldn't be a cow without online influence, I think that just took the edge from his "comedy" and led to gems like the 1-up rant and trying to justify saying nigger in the past.

Arin came from a essentially dead background. Flash animators are so non-existant that flash porn parodies are now the more common than the crude Saturday morning-Esque skits he used to make. Once you loose your primary identity, you’re almost destined to become a cow in one way or another. Look at the big name celebrities that lost everything, late life Orson Welles was incredibly lulzy compared to when he was rich, successful, and respected. Arin isn’t quite at the Frozen peas stage in his career, in many ways he’s more financially successful than he’s ever been, but he’s certainly long passed his metaphorical Citizen Kane. Either way
, it’s bound to get funnier from here on out.

Exactly what I was thinking of. The Orson Welles jokes were the best part of that entire show, and also prime evidence of how he was basically Hollywood’s biggest cow before Shia decided to nut up

If I'm recalling correctly; soon after the launch of their Game Gyaru merch, they released ref sheets for the express purpose of fans cosplaying as the characters down the line (may have to go a ways back; but it should still be on the Grumps Twitter page).

Grumps (Arin) Logic - God forbid you sexualize the female form, because that's sexist; but it's totes okay to encourage your young/impressionable fans to cosplay your gender bent characters whose costumes consist of large keyhole tops and booty shorts.

How could anyone keep track of all the vic drama? The speds in the weeb wars subforum add like 50 pages to the main thread every single day, most of it being useless circlejerking, and there's now more auxiliary threads with even more useless spam.

But then that’d mean he’d actually have to care if it was a success or not. If Arin’s scrapped animation Gameoverse told me anything, it’s that Arin will scrap new quality content for subpar quantity content if there’s a down deposit to be made. He won’t put money down for anything if possible

After 1200+ pages the threads calmed down to a readable pace. It’s a thread involving anime, cosplay thots, PULL, and multiple Lolcows. Autism at the start was inevitable

Not just the Vic stuff. Miles is the most incompetent writer to ever grace entertainment. RT made him the lead director and writer of both RvB and RWBY in 2013 and look how that all turned out. Hes also admitted he has memory problems despite being a story writer
Just watch Fatmanfallings RWBY reviews and youll see that the majority of the problems are Miles stupidity
