I'm at wits' end at the depths of stupidity these people are plumbing. Vic is actively litigating against people who have been doing this to him, with all the filings open to the public and an unrelated but interested attorney with a popular webcast covering it with a play-by-play explaining all the various ways the people being sued have fucked up (and keep fucking up).

Yet despite all that, someone out there still thinks pulling this exact same shit is somehow a good idea and is actively going out and doing it. Why?!‽ How can a person still believe themselves untouchable when there's a live demonstration in progress proving they're not?

ETA: I'll laugh my ass off if it turns out to be one of the defendants doing this.

Don't think so, the one guy who Kiwis know to live in Texas unfortunately lives on the other side of Texas, and is not driving 16+ hours for what could be a quick 10-20 minute dressing down by the judge and being told to stop screwing around and setting a date.

Nope! Not even close. I don’t know who told you that little fallacy, but trust me it’s pure bullshit. Burning human is a unique smell. And one that is hard coded into your tiny little lizard brains to trigger revulsion, panic and fight or flight response. You can’t describe it, but once you have smelled it you will never forget it. And it’s the only smell more vile and nausea triggering than decomposing body. When you read descriptions of “the smell of death” it is these two smells. And it in no way smells like bacon. (Maybe if you set a whole unbutchered pig on fire you might get something nearing how awful it is.)

I imagine that half of it is due to all the synthetic shit they are wearing. Also all the synthetic shit thats inside their bodies. Its basically chemical soup put on a grill.
