I haven't gained the impression that you want to insult me. But your question is deranged, honestly. No sane person of my age, aside from aromantic/asexual ones can just forgo these things. Also, I have stopped looking and done other things. I am not happier at all.

There's still a field between completely foregoing sex/romance and being so focused on it that, when one is sexually/romantically inactive, it takes a major toll on one's life. I think it's also important to try to at least attempt to approach these difficulties in a healthy way-- to not encourage yourself to become bitter and misanthropic in response to life being frustrating or unfair.
