Shane exists in a world without context. Ty was happy to have Vic deposed first, as long as Casey agreed to have his clients deposed before filing a TCPA. Ty didn't try to get MoRon deposed first until it became clear that Casey wasn't going to agree to that. Now, Ty is getting what he originally asked for. The depositions will all occur before the TCPA can be filed. It demonstrates how much Shane doesn't understand tactics.

Anyone wanna go into his replies with a screenshot of him saying he wasn't there? Or do you think he'll admit that neither the plaintiff or defendant had to be there for the hearing since Vic is in North Carolina and MoRon are busy getting the train put together for Monica?

Edit: Misunderstanding that Shane is apparently claiming that Ty was late and gay to his own hearing. "How exactly would he know that if he weren't there to witness it," you may ask? Because his soy interprets legalese for him in the worst possible interpretation in order for the rest of us to decipher his meaning.

People called him out for looking at Kiwi Farms and making up stories about what happened based on what KF said, so he naturally came directly to KF to defend himself. Sounds like Shane logic, I guess.

Think of shane as the gimp, he is a self flagellating waste of a human. His wife releases her "fluids" (His words) on him and he likes it, he is under the delusion that he is the ladies guy, the "King" of one night stands, but he still does not answer if those one nighters were legal, after all he admitted he "did wrong things"

I'm not sure if Shane understands the significance of this filing. It's not for a protective order, it's for a gag order. I can't imagine any court granting a gag order in this type of case, which suggests to me that it was a strategic filing.

This is exactly it. The primary goal for Ty in all of this was to be able to depose Moronica before the anti slap if they had already deposed Vic. He won this, all the other stuff was just secondary. Casey's plan was to get to depose Vic and then file the anti slap, his plan failed.

Whether he was there or not wouldn't matter if you could count on him getting accurate information about the proceedings, but you can't.
