That's not Michele Specht (Vic's ex-fiance).
I think Michele Sontag is from Rooster Teeth, but she previously worked for Funimation.
I did a quick check to see if she was related to Lawrence from Funhaus (part of Rooster Teeth, formerly Machinima's Inside Gaming staff).
Turns out Lawrence's last name is Sonntag, not Sontag.
Random facts:
Specht is the German name for woodpecker.
Sunday is Sonntag in German.

Fifty-six tweets over four years about the exact same episode of his completely worthless anime review series, all of which combined resulted in two retweets (one from a fucking bot so it hardly counts) and a single like.

I'll give him this - he's very tenacious. As someone who keeps telling themselves they'll eventually find time to sit down and create their artistic work they've always had ideas about making, I can appreciate what he does to a certain extent. I somewhat admire the stubborn quality of the sperg making content for over ten years despite never at any time having anybody even bothering to watch him out of hate, let alone any amount of interest. Even Great King Honksnort the Masturbator has a large fanbase and his signature skill is that he's fucking shit at video games.

From the bottom of my heart I salute your efforts, Michael. Now please for the love of all that's holy shut the fuck up. Please feel free to continue making your trash anime reviews nobody cares about, but stop pretending you have any knowledge or understanding of anything that's going on in the lawsuit, anime/convention scene, or anything in general.

Dude is retweeting and getting all his info from Shane and Renfamous. He's a lost cause.

We've had no less than 7 lawyers comment on this situation, and all of them have sided with Vic. But they don't count to these people. They'll go with a shoe-eating idiot because he says the things they want to hear over the 7 lawyers who have all pretty much said "Yeah, Vic's got a pretty good case"

If Hero Hei actually wants to step from the shadows of not just being Nick's info parrot; he should investigate that backlog of ANN's streaming videos still uploaded. It would be a great payback to ANN.

I mean, it would require phones calls and an ounce of effort, so I'm pressing [x] in seeing him actually break a story nobody hasn't already covered.
A backlog of ANN's streaming videos, you say? I always wonder why people didn't manage look into this collection of videos they have and start the investigation. If he [Hero Hei] should investigate the backlog of those streaming videos that ANN have, then he should do so. Especially either if there is probably maybe someone that's about going off to do the same thing that he should be doing but the catch is he finds someone that's doing it, or if there's someone that would help him on his investigation on the streaming videos that ANN has in their backlog.

I think a lot of folks would be surprised at the research he does. Unfortunately though, news breaks and, if they are covering the same niche they must necessarily come out with similar stories.

I tend to watch all of them for their varying perspectives. I also watch Hero for his anime content as I know very little about it and his coverage has been informative.

As to the website, I believe it's exploratory at this point but I think he'll follow through. My $.02, spend it wisely.

Oh yeah, 😁😁😁😁
He's a good guy, but brings nothing new. That's the reason people watch Nick. He puts effort into finding info others don't have. So0o0o....they watch his livestreams. Then.....the parrots make vids on his info. I actually want HH to succeed. Though, he won't if he doesn't bring anything new if trying the journalistic route.

The main thing he should look into is the lost revenue of Funi, Crunchyroll, and Hulu with ANN's embedded videos broadcasting without ads or a membership fee (that a couple of these website require to watch these certain vids).

Here you go Hero Hei; your stepping stone: https://www.animenewsnetwork.com/video/1/

Then you really haven't been paying attention.
The whole reason why @Not A Bug is even here is because Hero Hei interviewed him in one of his livestreams.
Do you know who didn't interview @Not A Bug? Nick Rekieta.
Do you know who hasn't listened to the 2013 ANN interview with Vic Mignogna? Nick Rekieta.
Do you know who has and ran commentary on it? Hero Hei.
Stop being a bundle of sticks.

That's exactly how ANN, io9 and Japan Times did it. They just quote and repeat the same shit between each other in order to capitalize on SEO and spread a narrative as far as they can. I see no reason why ISWV can't do the same with tons of people repeating and sharing the same info to get it out there to as many people as possible. Even if HeroHei just repeats what other people say, Nick said he's fine with it, and it makes sense. Not everyone has 3-4 hours to spend to watch Nick's livestreams every night. If he can sum up the important bits into a 10-15 minute video for those people, it still helps keep people informed and in the loop. Especially if it's people on the fringes like ClowfishTV and Quartering who's main audience isn't anime related or probably is aware of the Vic stuff much. The more people who spread it around to their people the better. The alterative is the KickVic people like PenguinTruth who obviously are operating off 3 month old information because they rely solely on one or two sources for it and act confused when they hear Vic is doing well and refuse to believe it because ANN isn't reporting on it.

When people compare HH with Nick of course Nick is going to have the information first. He is in contact with Ty and has multiple connections in this event. HH; however, takes that information and condenses it down to its main points in a more digestible manner. If people don’t like that, then don’t watch it.

My only complaint with HeroHei is if he liked the second season of Darker Than Black. Because if he did, then he is definitely not a man of culture

It's worth noting Huber is a father of 5 children, so his financial situation is probably more difficult than most. The fact that he is putting himself out there to this degree is quite commendable.
Putting himself out there at all is a risk given how these assholes will act. They've demonstrated, repeatedly, that even a declaration of neutrality might as well be a declaration of open support for Vic.

Posted already in Shane's thread...I have to wonder if Chuck was there in support of Vic or to report back to Shane.

Vic wasn't there so there would be no reason for someone to attend as a show of support for Vic.

It doesn't make him "the enemy". Anyone could have attended and reported back to whoever they wanted. If one of us had attended we would likely have reported back here first and may or may not have reported back to Nick.

This faggot (me aka bundle of sticks) is telling you, you're bordering along the SSIMS to Perfection fandom/weird relationship with HH. I get it, you like him/content, but he isn't the grand jewel of shit.

The Hulu videos are all broken because Hulu is membership-only now and they might not even have some of this content anymore. A lot of the Crunchyroll links still work because that stuff is still available to stream on their site after all these years. The embeds do show Crunchyroll ads, provided there is one to play and your ad blocker is turned off. There are no links to videos on Funimation's streaming service because it did not exist when this section of ANN stopped being updated.

TL;DR: Nothing to see here.

Also, I notice Chuck follows a few legal twitters. He could just have been genuinely curious, especially since it involves peers and coworkers.
