SJW Art and Extremes

Why does Tumblr have an obsession with vitiligo?

  • Suicide Girl model and America's Next Top Model contestant have it, spread on Tumblr, that's why.

Sorry for being OT, but has anyone actually ever worn a shirt with just a pride flag on it? Like, I'm not talking about a shirt with a few rainbow stripes, I mean the ones you see on the art posted here. If so, the companies that make those must be fucking loaded right now.
I’ve never seen actual companies selling them, only self-proclaimed t-shirt sellers on sites like Etsy, and even then I’m not sure it’s to the same degree as in these pictures.
That does remind me, a straight-up propaganda channel on YT called QueerKidsStuff has merch like t-shirts with gender pronouns for very small children. Does that count?

What's with the Sieg Heil-ing? Does the Schutzstaffel support trans rights?

Er...you know people don’t have to stick strictly to canon when making fanworks, right? I get that hardcore shippers can be pretty frustrating, but not everyone who enjoys a ship feels the need to assume authority over those characters. A lot of people who ship characters do it because they think it’s fun, and the shippers that don’t have fun are the preachy, “i-don’t-make-the-rules”-type ones who really shouldn’t be listened to in the first place.

Also, the mere presence of LGBT does not make something SJW by default. That DDLC fan art is fine, pride flags notwithstanding. Without the lesbian stripes it’s just generic anime ship art that was probably drawn by a 14-year-old. It seems like your last few posts have a recurring theme of “x character would NEVER say this!” which...they probably wouldn’t, yeah, but fans can make them say whatever they want in their fanworks.

Yeah, I would really like to see actual stupid art in this thread again instead of pride flags over and over (especially when the art’s actually not bad or doesn’t have any exaggerated features).

Pride is 30 whole days y’all and I’m already sick of the low hanging fruit. The thread’s called “extremes” for a reason. Probably.

A lot of it is just Badonkadonk spamming generic pride flag artwork.

@Badonkadonk Trash Calm down, sweetheart. Seriously.

This, the last few pages have been incredibly boring so far due to Pride Month. Recently it's just been certain people posting art with LGBT shit hastily tacked on last minute instead of actual grotesque drawings that are an eyesore to look at, even the OP had to be edited to talk about this for fucks sake.

A welcome break from pride shit for this:

These are characters from Tales of Berseria. None of these skin tones are even remotely right. Velvet isn't black. Zaveid is not a weird ashy colour. Eizen is meant to be pale. (He's a pirate who can't swim and is pale as hell - that's the joke.) And Rokurou is at least closer than the others. The fun thing in this game is you play as the villain, so is it really woke to have the villains be POC?

Also the art style is generic "I crapped this out in five minutes" Tumblr.

I agree for the most part. I mean, if let’s say the art is semi-decent but the artist put captions that say “X character is gay/trans and hates the rich, sorry I don’t make the rules UwU!” or “cishets don’t interact” then ok. But again if it’s just normal ship art of two same-sex characters then I don’t see what’s the big issue.
