I don't have a Twitter, so most of the things I'm hearing are from Youtubers when I googled Vic, most of the information I was finding was months old. It gave me the impression that Yellow and Hiel are just riding the coat tails on something that many people have moved on from.

It's very much still alive. Just slow, like anything involving court.

Discovery materials are due within a week. If a TCPA gets filed there could be up to a month of downtime (at least for MoRon), but once that fails (and I think the case can easily pass anti-SLAPP) it's full steam ahead.

All Vic needed was a good PR firm, he could've layed low for 5+ months and then be back in business! I think this new sped was birthed from Shane's discord.

Not really putting their money where there mouth is, more so that the channels I listed excluding forneverworld who has moved on from the subject, publish content about it almost daily, So they are the louder voice especially on Youtube. I have had many talks with the standwithvic side and it didn't go too well much to my displeasure.

The point is people want the truth, and crowdfunding is literally made for things like this, the bigger picture here is (because you dont seem to believe that Vic is innocent at all with everything thats come out) is that when this all finishes and the man is proved to be innocent it will make other big figures in the industry think twice before making claims that arent true, its the principle of the matter, we want the truth, do you really believe that he doesnt deserve a fair trial? put yourself in his shoes, if you was falsely accused would you not want to fight back? im sure as hell you would and yu would be hella grateful for anyone thats on your side.

Well at least I know you are half-sane since you don't have a Twitter. Most of the crap that Vic has been thru occured on Twitter, and it was foul. Your take on coat tail riding is correct, but that is the nature of much of Youtube commenters. No different really, than any fanzine. Creators follow the goss and are especially motivated to continue when they see their watch time and revenue increase. Some creators just figure out the balance of increasing their income as opposed to making shit up and beating the rotting corpse of the horse.

I think you're confusing Vic with Monica, et al
