That looks like Ron's takedown request papers, you know those 400 tweets worth of crap? It seems like they are trying to pass this around.
That Document has to be at least 40 pages big and they think that Ty is depending on every tweet to be a potential endgame, he's just being as thorough as any lawyer would be.

And people don't know that, the court system, everything is literal, slang is dead on arrival in there.

None whatsoever.

Other than I suppose it's a bit more evidence that SoyeBoye uses Shane as a toilet to dump propaganda. But we already knew that.
Just curious since if the plaintiffs did it would be bad wasn't sure if defendants had anything if they did it.

Maybe he has the decency not to put it on the book itself but he said differently a few years ago.

"I once saw someone complain that a listing for Showa: A History of Japan had it “By Shigeru Mizuki and Zack Davisson.” They complained that Davisson (me) was only the translator, and so the series wasn’t “by” him. But I think that is an accurate listing. I am also a writer, and to me the translations I do are as much “mine” as the books I write. They are “my comics.

I have a secret to tell you. If you’re ever been particularly moved by a line of dialog in a manga I translated; if something pithy spoke to you in some way, or had some meaning to you; if you thought something was cool or inspiring, or even if you laughed at a joke—that was probably me, not the original cartoonist. ” - Confessions of a Manga Translator, 2016
Wow he's pretentious. People who translate the Odyssey do not claim to be on equal footing with Homer, and they have to work with a dead language of which we still don't fully comprehend. This fucker works with a language spoken by over 100 million people and thinks he's a renaissance man.

Obviously we don't know the full extent of what Ron has shared with Shane, but could this potentially become and issue for Ron if he has overshared?

Only if Ron has discussed legal strategy with anyone outside of his counsel or his mistress. Which, knowing Ron at this point, he's probably disclosed every strategy they'll take with at least half a dozen individuals to seem less like a beta.

I personally don't think it's that big of a deal. There is no confidentiality or protective order. I also, don't think a retraction letter is confidential.

You guys are doing what they want. Getting riled up over something irrelevant. That's what Shane wants. "Hur dur I'm gonna release these papers and they'll completely change the outcome of the lawlsuit".

They live for the quick dopamine hit, then a few hours later when nobody cares because it's irrelevant, they disappear on their unicycles.🤡

Edit: I sounded like an asshole. Let's just debunk it like we always do and move to the next dumb move they made.

I fully agree that he's pretentious, but he's actually a competent translator if reviews of stuff he has translated is of any note. Not sure file under douchebag or large ego with skills to back it up.

Shane is claiming he's in contact with not only Ron, but with all the defendants and their counsel. I know he's likely just lying through his sneaker stained teeth again but I'd laugh my ass off if Casey was dumb enough to talk to Shane instead of putting a bullet in his head and burning the body for the good of his clients.

The Privilege is Ron's to break. If he opted to discuss his legal strategy or reveal what would otherwise be non public evidence against him in a preservable medium that will be swept up in discovery subpoena's, with a shoe eating idiot, that's fully on him. Any claims of Privilege on any such materials end when they have "cc; Shame" on them.

I think you misunderstood. Those documents aren't privileged but certain discussions Monica and Ron have had with Casey - whether in writing or verbally - are. If Ron or Monica are stupid enough to share those discussions with Shane (or another third party), then they waive privilege in doing so. Privilege exists so that people can be frank with their counsel. If Ron waives that privilege by telling Shane privileged shit, then that shit becomes fair game.

And the fact that Ron is sharing that Privileged information via a preserved and discover-able electronic medium, ie Twatter. means Ty and company can see the Tweets from the Twits. Preserve the Tweets, and slap them down on the table during deposition to ask, "exactly what did you mean by this"

It would be hilarious if Shane became the noose which hangs Ron.

BTW, the GoFundMe passed $175,000:

Shame there isn't a rich anon out there that would push it to over $900,000 so more defendants can be invited to the party. Would hate for some people to escape the... LONG ARM OF THE LAW.

Now I'm not going to name names, but especially the person with arms longer than the Cloverfield monster.
