The subforum could allow the Vade and friends discussion to be better organised and more accessible to new readers.

Didn't we have the Blue Pill subforum for stuff like that? Or is Vade and the Tumblrites not delusional or crammed into the hugbox enough for that?

Or we could change it to simply "meta forum" or "forum discussion" or "meta discussion", or even "plot to get Chris arrested subforum".

That might have been a rule at least at one point. It's basically like saying, "I'm breaking the rules but since I'm announcing that I'm breaking the rules it's okay." (Kind of like saying, "Yeah I'm defacing da Hex Box but I'm an obviously angry autistic so DON'T CALL ANYONE.")
 
This may be autistic, I don't know, but why can't we close chat on the front page? I can be really obsessive compulsive and I hate the feeling that I'm constantly checking on what everyone is saying without ever saying anything. I know we used to be able to but that feature left.

I've never gotten alerts about people I follow posting; I double checked my email and alert preferences, too. This may be a little buggy?

Any chance we could separate "Verified" into something like "Verified Source" and "Verified PoI" to better distinguish lolcows vs info sources? Especially when they post in other threads.

Beyond "buggy"... Some E-mails show in my Inbox fine, others still in Spam. I think it's partly b/c members can't decide whether to use this, the Farms page, or (in many cases) use both.

That doesn't have anything to do with domains. Our email changed from @cwckiforums to @kiwfar.ms a long time ago. If you try to send email to the former, it won't go through.

Gmail learns from people marking shit as spam, so maybe some people are marking what they've requested as spam. That's annoying.

I am not trying to send E-mail to this site or anyone on it. (Why would I?! When you know what's right, you ignore it, & I'm subscribed to threads where replies saved on my hard drive no longer appear, so long story short, me contacting anyone/anything having to do with the site is as brainless as... Well, most of its members.) But E-mails from it are appearing in my Inbox & Spam within the same 10 minutes, so if my explanation is wrong, there is no reason (just like me or any threads about me being here).

That sounds like certain emails are tripping a keyword filter on Gmail. Can you show me what emails are being marked as spam?
