I managed to found some of the most exceptional complaints from this guy.
You can't compare a huricane or earthquake aftermath to a war, because it it hurts the feelings of a fictional personification of Nature.
This is incredibly re-tarded. Even if you talk about climate change, a hurricane is still "mother nature". Humans cannot control it. Irregardless of climate change, strong hurricanes are still going to occur. And while warm water fuels hurricanes, there are a myriad of other conditions that strengthen them. The US will never get the strength of a hurricane as the strongest typhoon, due to atmospheric differences. Warmer water does not guarantee a cat 5 hurricane. It's highly unlikely for a hurricane to get that strong and most never do. You have to have a rare set of ingredients all come together at the right time and for it to make landfall at a time when it is not restructuring itself.
It is no surprise people want to live on beaches, in a tropical climate. If you build a structure hurricane-proof, it will withstand a hurricane. See the one house that took a direct hit from storm surge and cat 5 winds from Hurricane Michael. Should those people not be allowed to live there because everyone around them had old outdated or shit tier built houses? Caribbean islands with decent economies all build concrete structures for this reason. Should no one live on those islands?
And for Hurricane Harvey, building non stilt house on a floodplain is dumb but the
main reason why the level of flooding was so high was because the storm literally did not move for days. There was going to be extreme flooding if the whole space was a forest. It was a weather anomaly and was unlikely to occur. Should cities not allow all building for a 1% chance of a flood of that proportions happening?
If a tornado destroys your house, kills your kid and your favorite dog....what are you supposed to refer to it as? A friend? No, it is a disaster, just like war is. What difference is it if a big whirly wind killed your family or if an army did? They are dead. The main difference is that humans can actually control if they go to war or not. Humans cannot control the weather and referring to what is pictured above as "looks like a war zone" is an accurate description. And an ef5 tornado will leave your town looking worse than most war zones:
Timestamped to warzone:
That killed 158, injured 1000+ people in 30 minutes. That is sky terrorism.
Even traumatizes a cute dog going for a car ride.
Basically Carlos is low IQ and should stick to making videos about gay rights. His video was just some sort of weird way to virtue signal about climate change while trying to mitigate that natural disasters are well..disasters. It is also victim blaming.
